Turn Key installed our kitchen which we had ordered parts from via Cliq Studios. Every step of the process with Turn Key, Lance, Stephanie and the install team - was terrific. They were always there if we had questions, organized, efficient, and made sure we were completely satisfied going above and beyond with how everything turned out. We couldn't be happier with the entire process with this company, and would absolutely recommend with 5 stars. The work they did as well was top notch. We love our kitchen and and Turn Key made the process not only as stress free as possible, but enjoyable to see it come to fruition.
I absolutely recommend Turnkey Design & Construction for any home renovation projects and I will certainly be coming back to them in the future. This was my first renovation and my (many) questions/alterations during the project were addressed quickly. The professionalism was unmatched and the team is a pleasure to work with. I can’t recommend Turnkey enough! My new bathroom is stunning and we couldn’t have done it without them!
I had the absolute best experience with Lance and his team at Turn Key. They were everything you would hope a contractor would be - the quality of the craftsmanship was incredible, they were on time and ahead of schedule, they were so incredibly neat - our job site was pristine at the end of every work day. They made great recommendations for materials and I could not be more pleased. I absolutely refer him to every client looking for a contractor and I will not hesitate to use them again for every project in our home. Lance, I can't thank you enough for making this such a wonderful experience.
Turn Key made my dream kitchen come true! They are very professional, we’re super happy with the results. It was a big project, gut renovation of our kitchen in a pre-war coop, they managed all the process to get the project approved with the coop, and executed the full project under 2 months while we were still living in the apartment. They also were amazing into executing our project and adapting ikea solutions into a custom made project. The whole team is really easy to communicate with and I can’t wait to work with them again on a new project.
I was "assigned" TurnKey through an Ikea purchase of new cabinetry thatwas to be installed in the dining end of my kitchen. I was deeply imporessed that Lance contacted me the day before the installation to ask if he could send his carpenter up the day before to see the space and figure the out the logistics. This meant when the team arrived the next morning, they were all ready to go. They worked swiftly, cleanly and without incident. I was here the entire time, and they never took a break until they were done -- earlier than projected, at which point they cleaned up and left me with my new kitchen. If I could give TurnKey six stars, I would. . UPDATE! Turn Key returned to complete my flap-dash Covid-19 interrupted kitchen renovation last week, installing a beautiful new countertop. This was done perfectly even though it involved some messy (and always risky) plumbing work. I am already cooking up future assignments for Turn Key and will call on them again for sure.
Turnkey Installed my moms IKEA kitchen and they did an awesome job especially Dominique he went above and beyond to accommodate my moms needs with her kitchen. They are definitely are professionals I can't wait to purchase my IKEA kitchen so they can install it.
Precision work to finalize the molding in my apartment. The guys were efficient, completing two days earlier, responsive, and communicative. The most pleasant construction company I’ve ever worked with.
Simply said, Turn Key Design & Construction is phenomenal! I am an interior designer and have been in the construction industry for 10+ years, Turn Key is at the top of their field and what anyone would want in a contractor. Lance and the team installed Semihandmade cabinets in my kitchen. The level of quality of the cabinet installation raised the level of design for the entire project. I will continue to use Turn Key on future projects. The entire team is professional, takes great pride in their work, and completes work in a timely manner. Thoroughly satisfied with the entire process.
We had an amazing experience with Turnkey Design and Construction. Lance and Jose are amazing and we cannot recommend them enough. We had them refinish our floors, install mouldings, close a doorway, and create an arch to frame the entryway. They dealt with our co-op management board efficiently and professionally. They started and finished exactly on time, which was extremely important for us because we were on a very tight timeline. Jose has an amazing eye for detail and recommended things to us that we had not noticed or thought about. They did a great job with the crown mouldings, chail rails, and paneling in our foyer and around our window. Lance, Jose, and Steph were very responsive and kept us informed about what was happening. We received text messages from them daily with pictures of what was done that day. They did a great job and really stand by their work. We will certainly be using them again and would recommend them to anyone.
The team did a great job and was able to get the kitchen installed in one day. IKEA has somehow included some extra pieces in the order and the crew installing helped me re-box and label the parts we didn’t need for return. The refund on the return covered almost half of the install, so the team’s help on that nearly paid for themselves. Would recommend highly.
