A must when visiting the Stockyards- especially for those visiting from out of town! The staff is friendly and attentive and work to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. We loved being able to bring home a little bit of Texas! I’m constantly stalking their website for their drops since they carry items that I never see anywhere else! A little bit of something for everyone.
Absolutely loved this store! I was so impressed by all of their clothing. The sweatshirts were adorable. I purchased two! Next time I am in town I will definitely be stopping by again.
The most beautiful and thoughtfully designed store with eclectic and exciting looks always. The staff are kind, gracious, and so helpful. The family owned store is an amazing Fort Worth treasure. Absolutely recommend to locals and tourists alike!
Returns are non-refundable- store credit only. Staff, and owner were extremely rude. They’re shocked customers could be frustrated by this return policy, (because they put it in their terms and conditions) and instead of being gracious that a customer chose to shop there in the first place, they’re rude and pompous. It’s a theme in the reviews, but the owner could not care less because “he’s been doing business there since 1986”. I won’t spend more effort on this review because they’re entitled attitude, was evident. The staff lacked humility. Providing decent customer service was not a skill they cared to exercise with me because they didn’t like that I was frustrated… clear from the reviews, they don’t care to improve that either. They’re offering me store credit for a return: I will never buy anything from here ever again- why don’t you donate my return money, to a good cause down there because I’ll have no use for it.
Obsessed with this store! Last time I was there I walked out with four beautiful dresses, and they have become some of my favorites to wear. Compliments every time I have one on! I love the Western vibes, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Can't wait to visit again when I'm in the area!!
Absolute cutest clothes & best variety in FW. I like shopping there for multiple occasions. Staff is helpful in styling & getting you what you need. They do great at handling a lot of traffic in and out
I have shopped at Tucker Brown for years (before they moved to the stockyards) and it is owned by the sweetest family. Amazing brands and even better customer service. Highly recommend
This is such a hidden gem in the stock yard!! The only thing better than the cute boutique items is the super friendly and fashionable staff!! I love that they wear the items in the store so I can have an idea how to style it. If I could live in the Tucker Brown world, I would. Don’t miss this place!!!!
Stopped by the store as I recognized the name as the same store I used to shop at faithfully in Lubbock Texas (across from Texas Tech University) many years ago. Was wonderfully surprised to see the owner is the same! After reading the comments about customer service being not that great, it truly surprised me. Tucker, co-owner, is one of the kindest people I know and that hasn’t changed in all these years. Other staff was helpful to shoppers in the store and I do hope that more positive comments will follow. I saw an outstanding collection of clothing and gift items in a beautiful store in a great location. Just as Tucker Brown was a staple in Lubbock, I know it will be a staple of the Stockyards - a must see! 🤠❤️
My husband and I went into the store after looking at a beautiful dress in the display. As I entered the store, no one addressed or greeted me . I had to ask for assistance,I requested the dress that I saw on the display. She ignored me and another attendant came to assist me. The whole experience was just very uninviting and thus I decided not to purchase the item. Customer service is key to any organization. Please don't judge your customers when they enter. Show them that Texas hospitality. It's a shame this store is in the stockyards because they do not represent Texas well.
