Beautiful clothes ugly customer service. My hubby and I are not from here. I came to the stockyards just to shop there. To find some cute items for up coming event. I caught the blond sale associate or manager giving me a dirty look after take a pink purse 👛 from me. She wanted to “hold it” at the counter. I couldn’t even stand in front of the mirror to see how it looked!?! I told her sure you can hold and decide it was not good place to support in business. After the rude interaction. I have been running my business for just under 10 years. I have never and will never treat someone the way she did. Super sad one person can damage a brand or maybe that is how they just are there l. Idk I wouldn’t risk it. Do not shop here. 1 star was far to high for the lack of respect her parents clear didn’t teach her.
Tucker brown is a part of the stockyards fabric. Definitely stop in if you’re looking for clothes that exemplify country glam. The sales associates are always kind in helping me put together an outfit for a special occasion. Not only are the items unique, they’re quality! I look forward to stopping in when I visit Fort Worth.
Came in with my wife, the owner was very welcoming and offered me a beer while I watched my boys so my wife could shop. The staff were very friendly to my kids, and my wife found to much. We’ll be back when we’re back in the stockyards.
Love the store products and items But, I was being watched like a hawk in the store never have I ever been uncomfortable before shopping in a store I work retail so I know how to watch someone who might steal but to come over and stand over me I was asked only twice if o was doing ok I would move to tops and I could see the sale rep watching me hovering over me then I saw clearance items I thought I look at them again I couldn’t look because the eyes were making uncomfortable I had wanted to buy at lest 7 Christmas sweaters for my co workers but I didn’t want to put my money on a store that made me uncomfortable. I shopped around and bought at Mavericks and king ranch Plus most things that were sold were from over seas. No thank you

Tried returning a shirt that I noticed that I bought with a defect they did not let me trade it in or get my money back. Horrible place they never tell you when you buy stuff that you can’t return and they don’t have any signs saying so. Don’t shop there. The shirt had a defect by their company and they didn’t want to do anything about it.
So I went for two reasons, one to support the local business owner and secondly, to get my wife a gift. She swears by the one-size-fits-all bras and they carry items that won't have to compete with the masses. They are a specialty boutique, so expect the rare designs that are trendy, super stylish and with a story. Every piece is unique. I love the store, the stories and the ownership is fabulous.

Tucker and Mamie and crew do a fabulous job at curating a unique experience in the stockyards! I’ve always been greeted with a smile and friendly conversation and always love to go in for any western inspired fashion trends!!!
