The selection is amazing, the vibe is loving, the shop dog is adorable, and the bathroom us huge & lovely! This is everything you want in a privately owned thrift shop. They give back to the community in very big & direct ways! Bring some non-perishables for the free food pantry & reusable shopping totes to donate whenever you go.
Not only do I really, really enjoy shopping and browsing but I love bringing stuff here because I know it goes back into our communities. They also help with soooooo many other resources. Please share folks...
I love this place but my only complaint is the hours are really hard/ impossible for people who work a 9-5. We can only go if my husband gets out early from work.
Such a cool place to shop in our community. Incredible selection, very clean, and really helpful and friendly staff. I wish I’d had more time to wander, I would’ve stayed for hours. There’s SO much to look at and all the clothes are $3.50 which was really exciting. Honestly one of the best thrift stores I’ve ever been to and I’m an avid thrifter
It was such a great shopping trip. It was my 1st visit so I'm a newbie here. The staff was so helpful asking if I needed help as they were restocking the different areas. I simply asked what the prices were because clothes were not marked- then I was SHOCKED when she said clothes are $3.50. Wow! That makes it easy. There is a sign up on a board near the cash register that shows prices for other items like hats, shoes, etc. It's a tiny but mighty little thrift store. I will definitely be back. They also have a cabinet set up with food for those who might be in need.
So iv been several times and I love this place when I have dealt with who I think is the owner. She is amazing tries to help parents and the community. However my past few experiences have not been with her but a young man who is extremely rude. The first time I was trying to donate and pulled up right before closing. He said we are closed shut the door and locked it. Then today my wife our daughter and I walked down to see some pf the toys they have outside he was taking in a clothes rack so I knew they was shutting down for the night but as soon as he saw us walk up he didn't say any thing just closed the door as fast as he could locked it and waved through the window. Once again I love this place and the owner but I won't go back and deal with that young man again.
I agree with everyone. Nice store. Well stocked. Staff was friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable. My only critique is that when I went to visit, they were playing Christian rock music, and it was kind of loud and the store is full of people and stuff and it was just over simulating to me, I couldn't focus long enough to shop there for more than 30 minutes. It may just be me* but I would have to visit when there was less people there or with ear plugs.

Today was my first day visiting thrifty hippie and I was super impressed! You don’t find places like this. And such a good cause too. Will definitely be coming back and letting all my friends know about this place!
