Our first trip with Transporter was perfect. Very personal responses to our booking questions, with emails to confirm and remind us of the appointment. Our Driver Jon was courteous and friendly. He arrived right on time and got us to the airport smoothly and safely. The SUV was clean and comfortable. We’ve always had Alex as our driver and he is great. Polite, punctual, friendly and well dressed. His vehicle is impeccable. Couldn’t ask for more.
I used this transportation service to travel to Winston Salem from Charlotte. The process to book was very easy. Porter arrived early and was very pleasant. He took us to the event and waited on us The weather was freezing. We stepped out of the event and he was at the door waiting on us with the heater on in the vehicle. The SUV was clean and smelled very good. I plan on returning and will be sure to contact them again. Please don't hesitate to contact this professional company. The Sunday before Christmas is hectic. Porter fit me in at the last minute. The treatment was second to none.

I cannot recommend The Transporter Charlotte enough. We used them for a trip from Greenville to Charlotte-Douglas and then back. Both Jon and Alex were fantastic! Highly professional and courteous. Our group of six fit very comfortably. We will definitely use The Transporter Charlotte again!
My family and I found The Transporter Charlotte to represent an exceptional customer service experience. Not only do they provide the highest quality vehicles driven by smartly attired and personable drivers, they literally and figuratively go the extra mile. Our flight into Charlotte was delayed some eight hours, not arriving until 1.14 AM. We anticipated that our ride down to Columbia would no longer be available at this late hour but this proved not the case. Somewhat astonishingly, our driver was waiting at the airport as we deplaned. He said we had booked The Transporter Charlotte and he was here to fulfill that obligation. I doubt got home until after 5.00 AM. Truly exceptional customer service, thank you.
We used Transporter Charlotte for rides to and from Charlotte International Airport. We are based out of Greenville and didn’t want to hassle with the drive and parking. Porter was our driver and he was amazing to deal with. His communication was great and he showed up on time. The car was immaculate and he loaded our (many) bags after a little bit of Tetris. On top of being punctual and providing a spotless car, Porter was a fun guy to talk to. Very interesting and a great conversationalist. He made the airport experience effortless and enjoyable. We will definitely use him again.
