Our experience with The Transporter was excellent. We hired a car to take us too and from the George Strait concert at BOA stadium. Alex was extremely friendly and helpful. If you want top tier black car ride service, look no further. We have been using Porter for over a decade and will continue to recommend him and his team to all our friends!
This was the 2nd time I used the Transporter, and once again they did not disappoint. Justin and Jim were awesome drivers. They certainly have a long time customer when I need to get to the Charlotte Airport from Columbia SC and back..
Porter picked me up a little early to ensure I was on time for my flight. Setting the appointment up was a breeze , they were competent, quick, and polite. The ride was great, vehicle was clean and comfortable , and Porter overall made it a great experience. Can’t recommend them enough and will definitely use them in the future.
My experience with The Transporter was first class. They were right on time and communicated with me leading up to each pickup. The vehicle was in perfect condition inside and out and our driver was very professional. We used them to take us to/from the airport for our summer vacation. We had lots of luggage for an overseas trip and they made it work without a problem. First class and I highly recommend them.
Although they were fully booked and unable to accept my very last minute trip request, they were so kind and referred me to another company. I really respect them taking an extra moment to do so even letting me know how much I might expect to pay.
They went above and beyond to communicate with me. We had several trips to transport our team from the airport to our office and the service was great! We had several wonderful comments regarding the wonderful drivers.
Justin was AWESOME! He was on time for our pick-up (actually a bit early which was perfect by me) and the vehicle was spotless. He was kind and courteous throughout the ride to the airport. We will continue to use this service and highly recommend to others.

Our first experience with Charlotte Transporter was excellent. Account set up for our ride to the airport was easy. We received several confirmation emails and though assigned driver was changed (we were advised this might happen), Cem was right on time and we had a pleasant ride to CLT. Our return trip from the airport, two and one half weeks later, was equally pleasant. We maintained communication via text with Cem, our driver again, and despite quite a delay in baggage claim in CLT, he was smiling and waiting for us when we were finally ready for the drive home.
We needed a round trip ride to a family party about 45 minutes away. Porter was great with communication from the start! Tyler and Porter were both prompt, communicative, professional and very nice. We will definitely use Transporter Charlotte again!
