DO NOT TRUST THEM. I developed a sleep disorder, nerve damage, emotional and mental damages working in an isolated environment, overnights, that I am still recovering from. Begun developing suicidal tendencies in the 6th week. They continually ask for more and more information. Therapist and doctor already sent their reviews. You cannot physically diagnosed mental fatigue and breakdown which they are asking for. They will NOT help you. If anybody ever finds a way to sue them, it would be helpful
I purchased insurance from Hartford, during the process they made a point of telling me that I must download their app within 30 days. After signing up I found out what they were calling their app was actually their tru lane program to monitor drivers behavior. I know most insurance companies have these monitoring programs that customers will trade their privacy and data for a discount. I did not like the way the Hartford tried to hide what they were doing. They did not list the discount for tru lane program in my quote or their final invoice. The discount is listed on the declaration page which you will only see after you sign up for the policy.
Hartford just increased my rates by 22% in one year. Nancy, the outsourced wonder who had no idea how to type a simple English sentence on their Help Site, was useless and insulting when asked why the rates went up, and where she was located (she refused to say . . . ) What part of this screams "trust the Hartford? Also notice the ton of one star reviews, and the same answer cut and pasted "this is not the experience we wanted our customers to have from our outsourced resources . . . " SKIP THIS COMPANY!

In my 20 years of being a small business owner, definitely the WORST Worker's Comp provider I have ever worked with.
This company sucks I pray that my job changes and we go with someone else… Been waiting on a hospital annuity check that it was supposed to have mailed out to me. Still haven’t gotten it so I call and ask for it to be Direct deposited the customer service representative told me it’ll take an additional 7 to 10 days and if I cancel the check they made it’ll take up to 4 to 6 weeks. This company is a joke.
Almost A Year, For My Home Owners Insurance , Excellent Communication Skills Representatives , Excellent And Affordable For My Senior Budget, AARP Supported, So Far So Good ! Disappointment Set In, No Longer Have Home Owners Insurance With This Company!
Let me start by emphasizing that Sarah Hansen is unprofessional and equally unintelligent. I got in an auto accident that almost killed me. Emotions aside, this company did everything they could to come up with backwards reasons to deny my claim such as, getting the addresses I gave them wrong, making false claims about where they THOUGHT those addresses were vs where they actually were. And then said I couldn’t have been en route to that destination because they chose a slightly different route when inputting it into google. I live in chicago by the way, and someone from this company is assuming they know the best route to take because the googled it. It’s really insane the back and forth i’ve had with this company and Sarah Hansen in particular, Awful person awful company.
I filed a claim for short term disability due to mental health issues caused by my job last year. I was continuously given the run around. At the end of the day my claim was denied twice. I was basically told since I wasn't hospitalized I did not deserve to be paid for my time off. Apparently, being crippled by your Depression and Anxiety aren't REAL TO THIS COMPANY!
Far cry from state farm we will be returning all of our insurance needs to STATE FARM INSURANCE this company is a joke. My eighty four year old mother iniates a claim they send her to their first repair shop from there list drop the vehicle off and after they have been working on the vehicle now the want to bawk at the price have an sarcastic adjuster call my eighty four year mother to harass her, asking her about the information she gave. They prey on the seniors that we cherish and will protect!!!!!! Next contact will be with a lawyer.
