The Greenhouse Bar

Food was generally good. They were out of several breads (therefore sandwiches) that day. I really love that they have an abundance of vegan&vegetarian options. The vegan dumplings i got in place of the sandwiches they didn't have were really good, just not filling. I'd go back for the old-fashioned latte, but $20 for 5 dumplings and a latte was a little steep.

I don’t want to hype them up too much, because then I won’t get a table next time I come in. Loved the unique coffee drinks, friendly service and chill vibes. This is a great place to get some work done during the day or grab a craft cocktail or natural wine at night. Their patio is elevated and faces the street. They have a large selection of house plants and wines to take home.

We decided to stop in after the Sip and Stroll at the Cummer. I have always wanted to when in the area and finally got a chance tonight! I enjoyed the unique atmosphere and the theme. The plants and decor are very peaceful and relaxing. It gives a calm vibe. The location offers both a coffee bar and wine bar. You will also find cocktails and mocktails, beer on tap and wine by the bottle. The food options are small but just enough to sit and enjoy the company with friends and family!! My friends and I each ordered a drink and sampled the grilled cheese sandwiches!! Our favorite hands down is the kimichi grilled cheese! I will be back to try other items and recommend you stop in! A great place to meet and just chat. Ps. You can buy the plants!

This place is living my dream! Who doesn’t love coffee & plants! I had the cherry almond matcha and it was wonderful. It’s adorable so go check it out

Definitely the most aesthetically pleasing cafe I’ve been to in Jacksonville. The calm energy mixed with the fresh oxygen delivered from the plethora of plants all around the store puts the mind, body, and soul at ease. The drinks are pricey but they are well made. Love that cookie, man, keep me away or I’ll eat a couple of them 🍪. The service is super chill and friendly.

The place has a lively and vibrant atmosphere 🍃, decorated with many beautiful plants, some even for sale! The staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. I just wish there were more dessert options

We've only had coffee here, never food, so I can't speak on how good the food is, but I can say there were plenty of people eating around us, and they looked like they were enjoying it. Parking is hard. When we went, there was construction going on and limited public parking. You may have to park somewhere and walk, but it is a very nice walk if you use the Riverwalk like we did. I love the atmosphere of The Greenhouse Bar! All the plants and cozy nooks to sit in give you a sense of privacy. Along with coffee and food, they are also a bar. The coffee is good. Based on my own rating system of 2 mugs for the best coffee (because you can only hold two mugs in your hands), 1 mug for an okay it'll do coffee and 0 for nope not happening/never again mug of coffee I give it 1 1/2 mugs. It's a decent cup of coffee, and we've been there a few times, and we will come back again because I like the atmosphere too.

If you’re in Jacksonville, definitely check out Greenhouse Bar. The space is super cute and full of plants, really chill vibe! Mav is amazing, so friendly and just makes the whole experience better. And the owner, Lauren, is fantastic. Also the matcha is the best matcha I’ve ever had. No question. I keep thinking about it🥲

I LOVE the concept. I like the bar area. The rest of the store feels a little crowded. I appreciate that they're involved in the community and host events and provide products from other vendors.

The coffee flavor was strong without being bitter, and the milk added a smooth finish. I also appreciated the presentation—it looked as good as it tasted. The pastry selection was also impressive, with plenty of fresh options to choose from. Service was quick and friendly, and the staff seemed genuinely interested in providing a good experience. Overall, this is a dependable coffee shop that delivers quality and comfort every time.
