We rented a house from Eric for two years, from 2018-2020. He was an excellent landlord. He was quick to address any issue we had with the property and worked hard to keep the house in good condition. Eric was both pragmatic and understanding. In one example, we cut our lease short a few months because we bought a house. Rather than keep our deposit, Eric told us as long as we gave him sufficient notice, he would return it. We also just liked him. He’s a personable, funny guy. I’d highly recommend him.
It's easy to see why my friends keep going back to Eric whether they're buying or selling. He knows Center City like nobody I've ever met, and his network of contractors and lenders is amazing. Even after all the transactions he's done, he doesn't seem to mind answering questions from a first-time buyer. And he doesn't just tell you what you want to hear -- he speaks from experience.
