I sold a home through Eric and couldn't have asked for more. Eric and his team were professional, responsive, and communicative, and provided useful advice about market conditions and the sales process while still keeping my best (financial) interests in mind.

We worked with Eric to find the perfect first home for us to buy. We found out about him from word of mouth and I can't say how lucky we feel that we ended up with him! In this slow market, it took us an entire year, which means we really go to know him and his team. Eric is endlessly energetic and enthusiastic, and his passion for what he does-- both knowing houses and developing relationships with people-- is abundantly clear. He's insanely responsive, and ready to drop everything to take you to a just-listed-that-day showing before anyone else can get a peek at a house, or spend hours on the phone with you from a different time zone while on vacation (ask me how I know). His decades of experience shine through in his personal knowledge of basically any random house in Philly, and he seems to have sold or bought at least one house per block. Also, when I would go to open houses on my own, the sellers' relators would inevitably light up when I mentioned his name. Buying a house has a LOT of steps and people who need to get involved (insurance broker, title agent, mortgage team, etc.) and Eric has referrals for great people who will make every step smooth. Also I want to give a shout out to the fantastic Lindsay, who is Eric's right hand person and a total joy. Work with Eric and you will want to be his best friend. And as a bonus, with his extensive help, you might even get your dream home-- we just closed on a house that's so much more fabulous than we could have imagined.

Using Eric Fox as our realtor was the single best decision we made in the home-selling process. From a personal standpoint, Eric is warm, friendly and makes himself available for any questions - big or small - throughout the entire home-selling process.
