My mother was in a rehabilitation center and was due to be released. I recived a call from The Advanced Care group saying they had an NP seeing mom. I checked with her rehab center to see who it was and they didnt know anything about it. Not sure how they are getting the referrals but do your homework.
Working with Venita Middlebrook was a pleasure and she was very knowledgeable about services needed. I would highly recommend The Advanced Care Group for continuing care needs.

I will NEVER recommend this healthcare company! My NP never returned my calls, and it wasn't until I got CIGNA on a conference call to get my blood drawn that same day. Finally, my NP calls me on the same day to tell that I needed a blood transfusion, I didn't believe her, so I called my father who is an ER physician and he said I needed to go to the hospital. DO NO HARM is not part of their vocabulary, it needs to say DO HARM. They didn't have a problem getting paid by my health insurance. All they care about is the money, shame on them. Issues I incurred-no return calls, (after hours as well, I had to call 4 times for someone to call me back), changing appointments without asking the patient and etc.
