Restrooms are locked and staff could care less to come unlock them for you; Terrible experience! Employee said she'd send someone to unlock and no one ever came left the store with my cart full and all!!!

The intercom states it is not a self service checkout yet all clients scanned their items (today at 4:53). When you try to ask for help because the price tag on the shoe is not scanning they say that they have to keep it to get a new tag, it could only be done the next day in the morning and that I could come back at 11. I asked if they could hold it and they said no that it would be placed on the floor. I would have to go back to look for it. All the numbers where there so I asked if there was a way to look it up, since according to him each item has a bar code. Not helpful, rude and dismissive. Customers next to me where paying cash and where sent to to a card only machine. When they asked for help they voided their transaction and told them to go to another register- this can be avoided if they followed their own protocol. There needs to be someone that CAN help at the registers when someone is trying to pay for an item. There has not been an instance where I am trying to pay and can't even with items at stores without a barcode. Cashiers lookup the item/find a solution or try to help...Not to mention how overpriced some items can be.

DO NOT HONOR STORE HOURS! On 9/5/2024 at 8:30pm, I was with family looking to get a cool costume for Halloween only to find the doors were locked before they closed. I knocked with no response. It was clear they did not want my business. I have never been more humiliated. I will never return here.

If you are specifically looking for name brand clothes, they are going to be priced high. I don’t like it, but I understand why. if you value quality of clothes, then they are appropriately priced. I found a cute dress with no brand tags. It was probably home made or a small brand, the stitching and silhouette felt really good. Got it for 8.99

This used to be one of my favorite thrift stores. But after COVID, they permanently got rid of their dressing rooms, and the prices are really high for a thrift store. (I worked at a thrift store for many years, so I’m pretty familiar with what thrift store prices should be).. Most/many people can’t buy clothes (particularly higher priced thrift clothes) without being able to try them on, since there are no refunds, of course. I think, ultimately, this will hurt them in the long run, which is sad but true.

Went here for years because of good prices and finds. However, now, prices are ABSOLUTELY INSANELY HIGH and the organization in the store is terrible. Very high prices for things they get for FREE. I have donated so much stuff here for years, and for them to charge like $35 dollars for some random DONATED and used item is wrong. I will not be coming back. Insanely greedy.

What happened to this place?! My daughter used to love coming here for the good deals on quality clothes — it used to be the spot. But now? The prices are out of control. I just saw a pair of shoes priced at $150… and they cost $155 brand new. That’s barely a discount, if you can even call it one. For used shoes! It’s a thrift store guys!! Your products were donated to you! At this point, it feels like they’re trying to take advantage of people who don’t know retail prices. That’s not right — and it’s how you lose loyal customers fast. It’s a shame, really. I don’t see this place staying open much longer if they keep charging this way. Check the tags, folks — don’t get scammed.

Way too expensive Although you can find very cool things here it's just too expensive. A single camisole slip was priced at 12 dollars, and it wasn't even a name brand, you can find the same type for 3 dollars just down the road at the other thrift stores, very clean and organized okay, but the bigger sizes (XL and up) have tons of smaller sizes mixed in there like this L in the 4XL section. Going to the 50% off sale day is probably the only time it's worth buying from here

Rivera was very helpful and made sure I got the right price for an item that was missing the price tag
