Incredible customer service, I’m a sweats and tshirt type of fat guy and I was hungover and was greeted with open arms, I said I was clueless and wanted casual pants and shirt and they hooked me up, I will be back, thank you

Absolutely the best possible place to go, no doubt about it. I cannot express how amazed I am at Ted's and their staff, especially Chris who was truly a hero and an absolute expert in getting you into an amazing looking suit. They are experts in their craft, listen closely to your needs, and deliver in the most amazing ways possible. I am from Western North Carolina and left in the middle of a generational natural disaster to attend my daughter's wedding. Due to the emergency, I did not have a suit as it was at a tailor that may not even exist anymore. I walked into Ted's on a Thursday with a heck of a story and an impossible need....a suit for a wedding 48 hours away. I was amazed to have a perfectly fitting suit on Friday morning that absolutely saved the day. Chris and team were a flurry of measuring, deciding, and ordering that left my head spinning, but also left me with a confidence that these people 100% know their stuff and are the experts I so desperately needed. As if that wasn't enough, their kindness and generosity in the face of what I and my family were going through truly touched my heart and made me so grateful to have found such amazing people. This world needs more places like Ted's and more people like Chris and the rest of the team. There are not enough words to express my appreciation so I'm hoping I can do so with a review that will drive more people to this awesome place. Chris and Ted's will forever be an extremely important and happy part of the memories around my daughter's special day and I will forever be grateful. Thank you Thank you Thank you!

I don’t often post reviews, but I had such a great experience buying a suit for my wedding at Ted’s. Every employee I interacted with, including the owner himself, went out of his/her way to help me and was serious about making sure the suit and alterations were perfect. I also know more than I did before about my exact size and what clothes best fit me. I want to visit in the future to buy some work and casual clothes, too.

I trust Ted’s completely. I recently purchased 5 suits and 3 sport coats for a bit of a wardrobe overhaul. Their service and quality is top notch. I’m very happy with all of my purchases.

Ted’s was absolutely incredible when helping my fiancé and me pick out his wedding suit. From the moment we walked in (without an appointment, which was also so nice), they welcomed us warmly and were ready to assist right away. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and not a single person was pushy. We worked directly with Gabriella, who was amazing, but what really stood out was how the entire team contributed. Every salesperson offered ideas, suggestions, and items to try, they were like a well oiled machine in there! My fiancé doesn’t typically wear suits and doesn’t enjoy shopping, but this experience was so easy and enjoyable that even he had fun. He ended up walking out with not just the perfect wedding suit, but also an extra suit, two shirts, two ties, jeans, 2 pairs of socks, boxers, and even tennis shoes. Everything was just that perfect. The prices were incredibly reasonable, and the fact that in-house alterations are included in the price made everything even better and easier! They estimated alterations to take ~ 4 weeks and called us 4 weeks and 1 day after our purchase. I truly cannot recommend Ted’s more. They turned what could have been a stressful task into one of our favorite wedding planning experiences. I will always recommend them and we will continue to go there for any suit/menswear needs we have!

We recently visited Ted's to purchase my husband's wedding suit and had the absolute best experience. Tyler kept the process fun and lighthearted while providing excellent guidance on which styles suited our venue and my husband the best. I very rarely write reviews but truly felt that Tyler went above and beyond in his efforts to assist us and deserved a shout out. I genuinely cannot recommend Ted's enough. If you are on the fence, GO (and ask for Tyler).

Ted's was recommended to us by two friends who used them for menswear rentals for their weddings and absolutely loved them, so we knew we had to check them out. Once we went to look at options, we knew this was the place we wanted to use for our wedding! All the staff was so kind and helpful, and we loved that they had samples of each of the colors of suits you could rent (and samples of some of the rental ties too) so that you could see the vision come together in person! Everyone looked perfect on the wedding day thanks to Ted's!

This is definitely the place to go if you are looking for a suit or dress clothes or tux. The customer service here is top notch and they will always be trying to help you save money and get you the best price they can. The quality of their product is amazing as well. Had help from Ted (owner) and saved me quite a bit from not needing to get a custom outfit and he did an amazing job of making sure the outfit will fit me perfectly for my big day. Definitely come here if you are looking for amazing customer service.

Skip the chain stores! I got my suit from Ted’s for the big one and couldn’t have been more happy with the result. They walked me through the process, picking out appropriate suit and undershirt colors, the tailorings were included, and the suit was ready within 3 weeks. They also have a fantastic lineup of color matched shoes and belts. I went to 4 other suit stores when looking for suits, and Ted’s by far had the best customer service, competitive pricing, and also had the best lead time. Will definitely only go here for all future suit needs!
