Chris Vasilas at Ted’s Clothiers is the ultimate business man. He knows his customers wants and needs, the current fashion trends and his customer service is impeccable. I would not send my son or fiancé anywhere else for their wardrobe choices. Whether it’s everyday casual to black tie…Ted’s has you covered.
I rarely write reviews, only when I feel a place is going above a beyond. Ted’s is hands down the best clothier in town. I first found Ted’s a couple years back when renting a tux for my friend’s wedding. I was blown away at how smooth the process was. Fast forward to this year, I got married and decided to use Ted’s for my groomsmen’s tuxedo rentals. Couldn’t be happier with the choice. They made the process a breeze, which was a breath of fresh air after all the craziness involved with planning a wedding. Their staff members are always nice, accommodating, and truly seem to care about you. Would absolutely recommend them. Thanks Ted’s!

There really are no words to describe how AMAZING Ted’s is! As a big & tall man, getting a decent fit is really hard, but getting a perfect fit that actually compliments my large structure is almost impossible. Ted’s does it every single time and they do it with a smile and a high level of professionalism. I recently had them make a custom suit for me and while other custom suit makers I have used had to do multiple remakes or revisions, the folks at Ted’s nailed it the first time! If you are a big or regular sized man, love luxury clothing that fits perfect and need to look great, do yourself a favor and go to Ted’s! You will be amazed at how great you can look!
I came in far too late to get a new suit for a wedding, and the kind and exceptional staff at Ted's managed to get me squared away same day! They have beautiful clothes at great prices, and I'll use them for all fine clothing needs from now on.
Ted’s Clothier is honestly different. Customer service is unreal, I don’t know how they manage to treat everyone like you’re their only client, but they do. I’ve got like 4–5 suits from them now and every one has been worth it. The fit is dialed, the quality is top notch, and you can tell they actually care about what they’re making for you. Every piece I’ve gotten feels like they’re invested in how you look walking out. If you’re thinking about it, just do it. You won’t be disappointed.
These cats are straight fabulous! The clothes are top quality and the service is out of sight. Girard is a force to be reckoned with down there, he will hook you up! The lovely Gabriella tended to the repair on my coat with charm and grace. It's never too soon for another trip down to Ted's!
Had a good experience here the first time buying a suit albeit seemed a bit over priced but the last two visits really put me off. Came in to have suit pants I bought in Asia tailored since they no longer fit properly. An older man, who I think is the owner, basically laughed me out of the shop and told me they would never fit again. There was a decent amount of fabric left and I asked for them to just take it out as much as they could and see how they fit. He kept pushing to buy a new suit and refused to tailor it. Took it to a different tailor by Wash park and the very kind owner took them out and they fit great now! Ted’s felt a bit pretentious and didn’t feel warm or welcoming at all. Disappointing experience as it is very highly rated.
We are fortunate to have Ted’s in Englewood, but it is worth traveling to! The team provides top quality service and clothing for every occasion. My husband purchased his wedding suit here, Ted’s tailoring everything for the perfect fit. Most recently we visited and worked with Gerard to put together a formal look. He brings incredible expertise, great humor, and ease to the customer experience, and made a ton of recommendations while leaving space for us to select what best fits my husband’s personality and style. The quality of brands they carry is excellent, and while it is all an investment, they still have diverse price points. Outside of suits, they also carry a great selection of clothing for every occasion and a variety of accessories. We will be back!
Tyler did an absolutely PHENOMENAL job on my custom suit for my wedding. We had a very unique idea/fit and he brought it to life effortlessly. He understood the vision immediately and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase!
