If you have a chance to go down to Suit Supply, make sure that you ask for Justin. He is unequivocally the most qualified and best person to deal with at the store. He has a positive attitude, ensures that he follows up with his customers, and it says realistic expectations for the customer. In addition to all that he is Knowledgeable about The clothing that he is selling and has an impeccable sense of style.
I worked with Cory for a custom suit for my wedding and he was absolutely fantastic. I don’t have much knowledge of suits at all and he helped me pick and size the perfect suit for my wedding day. He was informative, honest, and extremely professional. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience
Justin was very thorough and meticulous. He explained everything thoroughly and was essential to guiding through all the choices. I feel very fortunate to have worked with him.
I worked with Cory during my visit and he made the suit searching process seamless. After a few quick questions he proposed the perfect suit style and color. He took it a step further and created 5 different looks for the suit. Superb service. I highly recommend Suit Supply for good quality options, but for the dialed in look you have to holler at Cory!

Suitsupply Dallas has been our best experience at a SS yet. We’ve been to locations in many cities as we travel and have always felt rushed. Luckily we were paired with Justin who took great care of us and we we bought 3 full suits, tons of polos and crewneck, dress shirts and the like. My absolute favorite place to buy suits and great outfits and Justin made that experience exactly what it needed to be. Will definitely use him for my next suits!
Marvin was so helpful and knowledgeable. The measurements were so thorough. He was also very patient, as my friend and I had a lot of questions. The store was extremely busy, but the level of attention we received made it feel like we were the only customers.
Cardell is the greatest. As soon as you walk in, he makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. He takes the time to understand what you’re looking for and always offers great options along with his perspective on what works best. Whether I’m stopping in for something specific or just browsing, he consistently provides excellent service and makes the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for Cardell if you visit!
Probably the most racist store I've ever been to! Sales man was initially nice and complimented my eyes, I was shopping for a jacket. I went to try on a shirt and he never came back to check in and went to assist new customers. I waited 10 mins then I asked the other guy if I could see the man that was assisting me earlier, I had one question about sizing. He paged him and then another 10 mins went by and no one came to check on me. Crazy how that happened right after he asked me where I was from and I said Iraq! Your loss 📉 I was there to buy and you wasted my time.
I had a very disappointing experience at SuitSupply. I came in fully intending to spend over $1,000, but the way I was treated completely changed my mind. The manager, Jason, was especially unprofessional. He spoke to me in a dismissive and disrespectful tone and talked back to me multiple times when I raised simple questions. It didn’t feel like he was interested in helping at all. As a customer, I expect a basic level of respect—especially when I’m ready to make a serious purchase. Instead, I left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. The way I was treated made me question whether I was being treated differently, which is not something any customer should have to feel. Overall, a very poor experience, and I hope the store takes this feedback seriously and improves how customers are treated—starting with management.
