The clothing here seems to be of good quality. But not the most friendly place I've been to. Minimal cordiality mixed with an obvious avoidance. They really need to work on that.
Rasikh was amazing. To tell you how amazing, I have to tell you a little story (And I'm really hoping a manager at the Dallas location sees this). I actually bought my suit from a different SuitSupply location (Denver) when I was travelling, and the salesman at that location treated me like he was a little annoyed to be helping me--probably because I told him right away I had to stick to the lower end of their price range. I remember thinking, man, I know I'm not your biggest customer of the day, but I'm going to buy a suit and this is a big purchase for me. Well, I did buy the suit, and the pants were long, so the salesman said he'd have them hemmed before they shipped them to me. When my suit arrived at my house, I tried it on, and immediately noticed that the pants were still very long. I thought they must have forgotten to hem them. The event I bought the suit for was coming up fast and I had no time to get them to a tailor. I got online and saw that there was a SuitSupply location in Dallas, so we swung by on the way to the event and prayed they could help. Here's what floored me. Even though I just needed my pants hemmed, Rasikh treated me so well you would have thought I was buying a $3,000 suit. He had me try on the pants, he checked the fit, he confirmed that the hem was in fact missed by the other location, he helped me decide how long I wanted them to be, and he got the service rushed so I could make it to my event in time. On top of all of that, he got the service comped which I never even asked for. I couldn't believe it. Rasikh is what every salesman should aspire to be: Courteous, professional, kind, confident, genuinely helpful, and he treated me like I mattered; even though he knew from the get-go that he wasn't going to make any money off of me. I wish I could go back in time and buy my suit from Rasikh instead of from the store in Denver, but since I don't have a time machine, I hope this review is at least a small compensation for the time, effort, and care that he dedicated to me. Thank you Rasikh!!
Marvin is truly so detail oriented and showed so much care picking out my custom wedding suit for my spring wedding. He helped make sure things would fit my body correctly, explained why the changes he suggested would work, and just truly made my experience. I will only buy my suits from him from now on!
Received the pictured email stating that my order is ready for pick up. Went the next day and of course the order is not ready. Second pictures shows a pair of altered pants that I had picked up as part of a previous order. The manager said that this can be fixed but is this the new standard at Suitsupply? Why email people about their order being ready when is not and why the altered products are not checked before handed out. Do Better! Manager didn’t really cared, seemed like it was something normal that happens often.
