This is the second time I’ve been in the store in the last month and I’m blown away by the high level of service! Isabelle was very personable and I greatly appreciated her expert advice on the item I purchased/tailored.
Marvin was excellent—helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend!!
My husband came here to get a custom suit for our wedding. The customization process was so much fun! You can truly pick every last detail of your suit. When it came in, we went in person to pick up (I would recommend doing this instead of them shipping it). The suit still needed minor tailoring which they were able to do it on the spot. We asked them to ship it when they were done with it that time as we live an hour away. They agreed, but three weeks before the wedding it still had not come. We called and it turns out they never shipped it. We were super happy with his suit, but communication could have been improved. Overall, I would recommend. They make beautiful suits!
Mariel guided me through the process with aplomb. She helped guide me throughout the process, and it was fantastic. Due to her, I will be coming back for more outfits. I’ve told at least 10 people to go and ask for her.
Lemme start off by saying a love my suit for my best friend’s wedding. Fits amazingly, especially when you’re built like a barrel. Overall experience? Ehh… 1200 suit before tax. No AC in the changing rooms? Offered water or coffee and that’s it. Service was ok. Jace saved it the first time, he took my measurements and was excellent. But I guess cause that’s cause someone needs to do work in that store, everyone else? They couldn’t care less. When I came back to pick up my suit a few weeks later, the service was terrible. I was greeted but you could tell they were judging, perhaps cause I came in shorts and t shirt but it’s summer in Texas what do you want? I was led to the dressing room, given my suit and a pair of shoes to try on the suit and that’s the last I saw of someone. You could tell they had no interest in helping me. They couldn’t care less what I did, or if my suit fit perfectly. Thankfully Jace did an amazing job the first time with my measurements so I could just take my stuff and leave. Overall great suit, overpriced for sure. Service leaves you empty handed. Definitely won’t be going back unless I need to.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought a custom suit, wore it 3 times, and noticed small holes in the shoulder. I took it back to the store for repair and they would not fix it. The manager, Jamal, said the only solution was to buy another suit - he said they could not sell jacket alone. I took it to a nearby tailor shop and they fixed it for free! Save your money & shop elsewhere.
Cory was very helpful straight away. I walked in, and Cory looked me up and down and pretty much saw exactly what I needed size-wise. Put on the suit, fit like a glove. Can't recommend suitsupply and Cory enough!
The store was inviting and staff more than welcoming. Christian was informative and honest and led me in the right direction during the custom suit fitting. Overall, the experience was casual and not rushed. I would do it again in a heart beat. Update: (4/26) custom suit and shirt arrived at the store today. The fitting was another great experience and the suit was absolutely fantastic. It fit the first time with no alterations needed.
