I ordered pick up and I didn't care they were out of Hot honey, that's out of their control. What's unacceptable is putting a sliver of chicken on it.
Went in here twice in the evening. The gentleman working refused to put the cheese on top of the meat and told me I had to have my sandwich the way he made it.(protocol). I would steer clear of this subway!
The employees are absolutely rude, one in particular, and look like they hate their job. I never feel welcome here, this is by far the worst subway. They don't know how to properly put together a sandwich, you end up with all veggies falling out or on one side of your sandwich when you bite into it, never looks fresh. Sauce is all over the wrapper and sandwich.
Ordered on app for pickup. Order was marked ready before picking up. I had to wait another almost 10 minutes for them to start the order. When the staff member asked the manager for help, the manager said to just make the orders when Petrie arrive. This isn’ta big deal, if you don’t mark them as ready in advance! This is a recurring issue with this location. Don’t mark orders ready for pickup and then start making them when the person arrives, or after. Ordered a protein bowl (basically salad) where the meal is supposed to be cut up. Instead I just have a slab of meat slices.
I've never had a better customer experience at a Subway than I did at 1130 on July 16. The young lady working was professional and courteous...other Subway stores should have her train their employees especially the horrible Subway in the South Waterfront.
I want to start by giving a big shout out to Samantha, who I believe is a manager of this particular Subway. I was planning an event for 100 people and was originally going to order sandwiches from a major grocery store chain. The photos of the food looked sad and the customer service was non-existent, just a poorly designed webpage. I couldn't even customize what I wanted to get. Someone suggested Subway and I am so glad they did. The sandwiches were freshly prepared and we got exactly what we wanted. We had need for vegetarian and vegan options and they were able to do that. Samantha was super diligent about following up on my order, double and triple checking everything, and texted me when they were ready to be picked up. This was customer service at its best! You can be sure that we will be using Subway for future events. At one point Samantha said to me "I wouldn't do this job if I didn't love making sandwiches". Subway is very lucky to have her!
Had a meal of the day. The staff were very courteous and kind and the sub was perfect. Probably my favorite sub I have had at Subway ever. Being used to grimy subways, I was pleasantly surprised by the clean environment. No complaints.
My sandwich, ordered for pickup, was: 1) Made with wrong bread. 2) Bread substituted was desintegrating. 3) Drowning in mayo despite "light" order. 4) Had virtually no lettuce. I came here after the other downtown location closed. I likely won't return based on this experience.
Friendly employeees, clean restrooms (they coincidentally inspected it for cleanliness right before I needed it).
Just a Subway on the street. I went there and there was one person working. Obviously having a bad day. There was only one guy working and he had alot to do. Otherwise very clean and orderly.
