Storyville Coffee Pike Place

WAY overpriced. $10.50 for a latte. $8.00 for a double shot of espresso. This is more expensive than airport coffee. The ambiance is great and the staff were friendly, but the coffee was - at best - mid. And when you consider the price, I personally think it’s a terrible option. I think this place has a forgettable, bland product served in a nice atmosphere and located in an iconic spot with touristy fanfare.

Cozy atmosphere with an efficient, attentive staff that made the visit very welcoming. I especially enjoyed sipping a cortado by the fireplace overlooking the Seattle waterfront. It’s a perfect place to recharge after walking around Pike Place Market. Service and workflow were impressively smooth, but the coffee itself didn’t quite match the setting. My espresso tasted slightly over-extracted and lacked the depth and balance I was hoping for. A small adjustment to grind size, extraction time, or dialing in shots during busy periods could really elevate the experience for those coming looking for a well pulled espresso. This being said, I didn’t get the feeling that the baristas lacked ability to make this happen. I’d absolutely return for the atmosphere and hospitality, and with a bit more attention to espresso calibration, this could easily become a standout coffee destination.

Everything was great here! My caramel vanilla ice latte, fresh baked cinnamon roll, the atmosphere and the friendly employees. I especially want to shout out Maggie who noticed that I changed my coffee order from "here" to "to go" and tracked me down to ask if I also wanted to switch my cinnamon roll to "to go". I apologized for being an inconvenience, and Maggie was quick to assure me that my request was no trouble.

Saw this place as highly recommended on many different platforms so I had to check it out for myself. Was greeted by two lovely young men who took our orders verbally and passed along the info - nothing written or put into a computer. I found that to be quite impressive because we even made some modifications to our coffees. I had to try their cinnamon roll and my friend got their almond croissant. So 3 coffees and 2 pastries and it totaled to …$55 😯 and so I spent $66 after tipping. I must say that was a lot steeper than I expected but it was a very famous place and it was very busy. We managed to find a spot to sit with the 4 of us and another employee came by and offered us water which was so kind. We also had a nice view out the window so that was a plus for ambiance. The lattes were solid, I mean for $12 it had to be lol But I have to say, my first bite into the cinnamon roll launched me into heaven. I’ve never had anything like it before. You get a small pourer on the side of the warm frosting, the cinnamon roll was so perfectly crispy on the outside and had a dense chew on the inside. It was almost like a glaze that gave it this orgasmic mouth feel. INCREDIBLE. The croissant was also very delicious but I will come back for that cinnamon roll any day. We enjoyed our time there and my only qualm is that it was quite pricey but they do a really good job there. The quality was top notch! A must go to if you’re in Pikes place market!

Today’s visit we are from CA it’s our first time in this coffee shop I’m here to visit my dad I am obsessed w really really good coffee I myself is a GM of a coffee shop so I do know! we came in around noon, place looks so clean and pretty staff barista are very warm welcoming like insanely charming w Rizz omg! I order a hot latte for my Dad and for me is a dark coco iced latte The guy is very sweeet blonde guy w tattoos, I’m amazed how he pour the shot and art latte I’m like stop , heyy don’t make me move here lols anyways the coffee are the best I’ve ever had so far so as the staff are so so so good they also surprise me with a slice of cake like I love you too guys now game over! case. Closed! I highly recommend this unforgettable vibes

One of the best coffee shops in Seattle with a beautiful view. The cafe itself is very pretty, and although it’s quite small, the seating feels cozy and comfortable. The coffee is definitely on the expensive side — even a simple Americano was over seven dollars. However, the service was top tier. The staff constantly refilled our water and were incredibly polite and kind throughout the visit.

First time visiting and I was really impressed. The coffee was excellent—especially if you enjoy nutty flavors, this place is a must-try. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff are incredibly attentive and friendly. While we were enjoying our drinks, they even came over with a complimentary chocolate brownie, which was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

As a part of my Sperm Donation World Tour of the USA, While in Seattle for the Fifa world cup I came here for a Dark Mocha and Cinnamon scroll after a big day and night before was much needed. Probably the nicest mocha I have had so far in the states and cinnamon scroll with the icing to pour on was also delicious. I also score a free coffee mug gift with the QR code so I can remember this place when back in Australia. Venue was also really cool loved the layout and cosiness.

OH MY GOODNESS - - Best coffee roaster/shop ever! Their customer service is off the charts. We stood in a long line which moved quickly. Totally worth the wait and we told everyone that was waiting in line on our way back down the stairs. We were in a group of four and we each purchased a different drink, tea, coffee, latte, matcha. Everything was exceptional. PLUS, Storyville was having a special giveaway the day we were visiting Seattle, which now looks perfect in our kitchen.

the brown butter salted caramel latte was soo yummy! very rich and smooth. service was incredibly fast and you get a free mug if you’re a first time visitor!
