Good, convenient location for shopping trips. Actually really good idea, since I wouldn’t normally stop if it weren’t so close. It is a bit cramped and claustrophobic ordering from the counter but other than that, it’s fine.
Got pumpkin spice coffee and the worker was very kind. Focused and not stressed on service. Rare of a worker.

We got there on a day that was “not so many people” and we could’t get inside. The line is LOOOOOOONG, so expect to be there at least for AN HOUR just to get in. It is tiny, obviosly old, but hey! ITS THE FIRST STARBUCKS EVER. Really get in there if you are a fan of starbucks… otherwise, use your time in better atractions.
went to get a drink, only customer in line. I order my drink and paid, then 5 more customers behind me order. the customers behind me were all served their drinks before me. waited ten min. to finally get my drink was'nt made to how I order it. Wish I could of took my tip back out. I'm never using this location again.
Last two times I came here i waited for 15 minutes. No sign or note saying they'll be right back. Just gone. Asked the customer service desk if it was open and he called over the intercom but no one showed up. I grabbed a couple of things from the store and left.

I think giving two stars is more then generous under the circumstances. Wow were do I begin? First and foremost I love Starbucks as an corporation and your product is delicious! I have no ill feelings or hostility towards Safeway either, just this particular location Starbucks kiosk seems to be struggling. I have recently moved to this area and it is the closet location before work, so you all know what that means! My go 2! Unfortunately I have bared through it “ lack of better words”. Gosh there is just so much to touch and not enough space to do so. My biggest disappointment is the typical wait time for a coffee is anywhere from 10-28 minutes on an average day, with or without a line. I’d consider myself a regular and I may be assuming I’m entitled but you would think they’d see me and say hey let’s get her drink going as that’s typically what I have experienced in multiple other locations. I use to tip at least 2/3.00 now I don’t at all because of the dissatisfaction. Recently I noticed I had been charged twice a few times and upon my discovery of it. I’d ask the manager to address the issue with her staff and her response was “ I trained everyone my self and they are all certified baristas”. Then she told me to walk over to customer service and take it up with them. My response was wow, in my head. Maybe a Sorry, we will look into it and make it right , or hey I’m really sorry that’s going on let’s see what we can do to make it right for you. Instead with a very snarf condescending attitude she said “ what would you like me to do, have I not “ taken care of you” she was referring to giving me two free drinks in which was her way of saying they have already way over compensated me. My first thought 💭 was is she serious right now. In the last 3 months I have spent 576.29 on Starbucks and that’s is just according to my debit card. I replied with you gave me two free drinks in which I was owed because I purchased two reusable cups and regardless of the price it is Starbucks policy. Not to mention countless times, I mean countless times I have purchased pastries and they have given me the wrong one or heated then up when I told them no several times. Actually come to think of it this day in particular I asked for a seasonal ⛄️ cookie and was given a warm chocolate chip cookie instead. I had to reenter the store after being accused of lying and get the correct one; granted she told me too keep it but my response was “ I’d rather not and have your manger throw in my face she gave me a free cookie... Anywho the list goes on and on of lack of inconsistency, horrible customer service and unfriendly- unwelcoming demeanors and, multiple mistakes but the last straw for me was recently when they started keeping my receipts after my orders. It just baffles me that they would be that awful and accusatorial towards me. I don’t think it is unfair to ask to pay for only what I’m receiving and be waited on in a timely manor. I have witnessed the manger just standing talking while her employees have lines and people who are clearly dissatisfied yet she continues to act as if she is busy standing there. They make one drink at a time I was told it is the Starbucks modo one customer one transaction per service? I would understand that if it was properly staffed but 9 out of 10 times they have 1-2 people working. So you all can be the judge of it? Am I being unreasonable with two stars?
Omg, right or wrong it ain’t for me to decide but you can use your EBT card for cold drinks! That is right! Frappuccino for everyone!! They make great drinks. It would be nice if their drinks were consistently made the same. It’s a busy little location
Just regular great coffee, but it does has 20oz coffee. No other coffee shops and other fast food coffee do not have 20 oz. And their coffee expensive for large coffee, a large coffe‼️ OK ‼️ average about 12 oz or less compared to Starbucks has 20 oz is bang for buck 😀 👍 compared all coffee shop I have been around.
