Friendly staff, the service was quick. Amazing place super chill in the morning. The drink was 10/10 definitely recommend to come check it out.

A cozy little spot in Leshi, off of Lake Washington. A busy area, when the weather is nice, and not much parking out front, but you're most likely not coming down here just for coffee. There are "beaches", parks, and shops all along the strip.

Nice Starbucks along the waterfront. Always lots of bicyclists here.

Can't use the restroom. Can't get a water. This company is just getting worse and worse when it comes to customer service.

I visit this location often. I am very quiet and introverted. I’m what the kids call cringe because I’m just so awkward. Typically I do a mobile order to avoid all socialization because I’m shy. However on my birthday, for my birthday drink, I decided if the store was empty I’d ask an employee for a drink recommendation to get me out of my comfort zone since it’s a free drink. I walked to the counter and Chuck (I believe that’s their name either Chuck or Kevin) greeted me and took on the challenge of choosing a drink for me. They were so determined to get me a good drink that I’d enjoy. I can tell they took this task I forced on them seriously and that really really touched me. They were so nice and patient with my silly request, and even with my awkward conversation they didn’t make me feel embarrassed or cringe for some things I was saying. Nate was also there. Nate has consistently been the sweetest most kind individual at every single visit to this store. (And I typically go 1-3 times a week) Even if I’m being quiet or to myself they greet me every time smile brightly etc. even when busy Nate makes me feel welcomed in the store even if some patrons are looking at me less positively. I truly don’t think I’ve met someone who seems as kind and genuine as Nate. They are so personable and seems like such an amazing person to have as a friend or employee. People like Nate give me hope for humanity. Genuinely. There was also a woman there whose name I didn’t get who makes me feel normal and not awkward, they engage in conversation she let me know that even though I’m 28 I don’t look old yet. Very lighthearted very sweet. As I was driving home after speaking with Chuck and Nate I literally cried because everyone was just the sweetest to me. You truly never know how much being kind does to someone and they made sure my birthday started off on a very beautiful note. These individuals are just lovely and I hope they get everything they desire in life.

Careful and friendly service for the most part, though I do miss the tenured faces that made the place feel homey (e.g. Maddie, James). One knock I have is really against the company and not the store. If they truly cared about the environment they'd offer more than a ten cent (what a joke) discount on a personal cup. I feel like I am the only one who cares enough to always use a personal cup and it is frustrating. And MOP always takes precedence, of course. I don't begrudge the wait, per se, but the profit-seeking philosophy at the expense of environment responsibility.

Great location wonderful staffs. Right off the boat dock has limited parking. Quite busy while we were there. Still staffs were wonderful and helpful efficient. Nice to go walk along the lake path and enjoy the weather

Super nice people and great service. Lots of construction is going on, but this Starbucks is definitely OPEN. I like going there to work on my homework. There are lots of outlets along the windows and walls making it easy to power up. This is definitely my "third place."

$3.25 for a “tall” that poured like a short coffee. I suppose that’s appropriately priced for this area, but was surprised to see. A patronizing tone when I asked to use my personal mug wasn’t my favorite, but hey, can’t expect great service and respect for the environment everywhere 🤷‍♀️
