On 7/25/2026, I was on a long bicycle ride and ran out of water. I decided to get some water at Starbucks. I stood in line, waited for my turn, and politely asked them to fill my bottle with water. The baristas refused to fill my bottle with water unless I bought something. I was in shock to hear that. I tried to explain that I did not need a cup with a straw, I did not need ice, and I did not need water with a lime—I just needed tap water. They again told me to buy something before they could fill my water bottle. Starbucks, how many millions of dollars did you lose by giving people tap water? How much is your water bill that you can't afford 600 ml of water for a longtime customer who only needs water on a hot day? Are you going to refuse to fill a water bottle for a child if their mom doesn't have money with her? Are you going to refuse a pregnant woman access to your bathroom because she only needs to use your bathroom? How cruel can you be, Starbucks??? Where did humanity take a wrong turn, people???!!!
Went in for a Dopio Espresso and a chocolate cake pop… came out with a smile. Great customer service. Quick, attentive and happy Baristas. This location is super small. They have indoor seating and bathrooms. They also have a small outdoor space for our warmer months. I also was very happy to see they had a Progress Pride flag. Just shows to me that everyone is welcome. 5 rainbow stars for Starbucks Leschi
I took the recommendation of the barista for a nice relaxing refreshing drink and it was delicious!! I ended up getting the dragon drink and it was everything I asked for! The staff were very friendly and helpful I can’t wait to come back again!
One of the favorite Starbucks~ The location is so relaxing, the vibe is like a small beach town. The staffs are always so nice, quite a busy store but they tried their best to keep the store clean. I come here grab a cup of coffee before the walk around the lake, sometimes just watching people 😊. Love the store
Very disappointed with where starbucks has gone with the new branding. I sat and worked in a starbucks for 2 hours working and spent over $20. I ordered drip coffee and wasn't offered a for here cup, so drank my coffee from a paper cup. Went to get a refill and they wouldn't refill my coffee. I even showed them where I was sitting and that I hadn't left the store. Finally someone agreed to fill my coffee. If I'm not asked if it's for here or to go, the customer should be right especially when I haven't left the store. Then it gets better. I asked for a water and the barista proceeded to tell me I needed to buy something before I could get a cup of water. I told them I had already purchased something $20 worth and still said because it was a new transaction I would have to buy something.....whattt???? Very unhappy with where starbucks is going. Wouldnt be surprised if the sales decrease with these new policies.
Friendly customer service, good selection of food, and great tasting beverages. Not a huge sbux but not usually too crowded to find a spot to sip and chill. Outdoor seating during the summer. Parking can be difficult depending on the time of day.
After I made purchase, I asked the guy who works in there if I can use the bathroom,employee he is talk guy with the white Beard To use the bathroom and he said you need to make a purchase in order to use the bathroom I mentioned to him I’m a regular customer and I just made the purchase and he still won’t let me use the bathroom that’s is bad customer service shame on you Starbucks not buying any Starbucks products anymore.
I've gotten my food to go, dined in, studied at this place. Workers are the nicest Starbucks workers I've interacted with. Atmosphere is very nice, store is very clean. Very beautiful location. Will never stop coming here.
Normal Starbucks experience - but on beautiful Lake Washington!
