WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS FOR SPENCERS AS A WHOLE……I ordered two shirts online to pick up in store, one for my daughter and one for for myself. My card was charged for two shirts, $38.95 was deducted from my account.Went into the store TODAY to pick up my order that was said it was READY YESTERDAY at 4:10pm. When I got my order there was only 1 shirt in there. Per the manager and associate, apparently the size medium ran out yesterday after I placed my order and the money was taken out of my account, so they only had 1. While the associate was on the phone with customer service I walked up to the front and PULLED A MEDIUM shirt from the front . Mind you there were (4)size medium shirts sitting in the front of the exact shirt I purchased yesterday. I grabbed one of the size medium shirts to purchase. Per the guy who was helping me, since the shirt and went out of stock , they refunded me for the 1 shirt and I should see a credit back to my account in 3-5 days. I told the associate fine well can I just buy this medium shirt. He rang it up and it came up $28 and some change. I asked him why is it more now when it was 19.99 online. He told me the online prices are different. I then asked why I couldn't get it for the online prices since they clearly had mediums in the store. Needless to say I walked out of the store with NO SHIRT. When I made it to my truck I called customer service. 30 min on the phone trying to figure out how I can get the shirt at the store for what i paid for it online, the customer service associate was not helpful.spoke with a supervisor who advised me that taking money off the item to reflect the online price would be up to the store manager at SOUTH LAKE MALL IN SAN ANTONIO TX. Yet the associate never went to get a manager or even tried to make the situation better. With all of the bullshit I just went through TODAY with Spencer's. This is will be my first and last time shopping online with them and I also will not be going into there stores anymore. Spencer's used to be my favorite store but after today and the lack of customer service I experienced today I WILL NOT BE A RETURNING CUSTOMER

I was here visiting a former employee with food & I’ve noticed some customers coughing up a storm idk why y’all are still even open due to the virus going around , y’all employees aren’t important to y’all??? Every other store is CLOSED why because they care about their employees & their families!
Lots of piercings but really only for the most common piercings. Couldn't pick up a birthday gift for a little brother this visit.

What's not to love about Spencer's just at times it's packed and you can't move around cuz they have so much stuff taking up a lot of space..
