We just left the Spencer's at Southpark Mall and we purchased a Sonic Backpack for our son. First of all Kristin helped us as soon as we walked in she was great, very nice, knowledgeable of the merchandise in the store and she recommended other stuff we were interested in as well. Then Sabrina helped check me out she was very nice also and made me aware coupons the store provides. I then Spoke to Nick and he was also very nice and tom the compliments for the Kristin and Sabrina . I am very happy with the service I received from all the employee's at Spencers at south park mall.
This place is always been cool they have a lot of nostalgia stuff but they got a lot of new stuff too so you got to have an open mind don't forget to be nice to the beautiful ladies just as nice staying they'll help you God bless and have a wonderful day
Damn near burned my house down with the 48” black light, and i got it the day before yesterday, i went to turn it on and only the ends of the tube lit up and a second later i hear buzzing and see lots of smoke come out of the part where the wire that leads to the wall comes out of the fixture, paid $50 to burn down my house?
I miss the black hair emo girl that use to work there. She was the best and always helped me the most.
I made an online purchase and went to pick it up. The clerk at the counter was very friendly and courteous, however, as I was heading out, I was still looking for an additional gift. I was looking for anything Batman for a Christmas gift. The other team member, a small female asked if she could help me find something. But, the blanket she showed me was also Joker. So, I didn’t want it. I started walking towards the exit. She followed me and stood near the door way as if I was going to steal something. Nothing at this store is worth stealing and I didn’t appreciate the way she sort of escorted me. This was very rude. I won’t be back. I won’t order online either. I’ll just order from Amazon going forward.
I went shopping for Coraline merchandise and this wonderful associate helped me. She was so sweet and helped me find quite a few items for Christmas gifts. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but I’m definitely going back to shop!
Today I went in trying to find a last minute gift and maya was very helpful and thoughtful on helping me choose what to grab for my friend she took time out of her day to show me around the store showing me around and allow me to look thru different types of nose piercings and jewelry to choose from.
Oh my gosh, you need to fix your app or do something because I can’t sign in and I called customer support. They are not doing nothing on their side so I don’t know you might wanna go out of business because you’re not doing it right customer support they said they were gonna call me back yesterday, but they did not so or I’m gonna call the CEO and find who’s the CEO of Spencer‘s so y’all need to figure that out about deleting account that somebody trying to sign into the number that somebody else have the number cause I can’t even do that. I don’t know what the account was. I don’t know what was the email to the other guys that had this number I don’t know the passwordfigure it out.
Best place ever for awesome shirts and gag gifts. These coffee cups were hilarious. This may be what my sister inlaw gets for Christmas. I would highly recommend that you stop in and check out all that they have to offer. We bought my son an IT shirt here. They have a huge selection of anything you can think of.
I had bought my husband a jacket from this location as a gift and it unfortunately didn’t fit. We came back the next day to return it and an associate with long ginger hair helped us. She began to make a big deal about my card not matching on the receipt even though I did tap when I purchased and explained that’s probably why it’s different. She goes “just looks fraudulent and the card don’t match but we’ll help you” then said “for future reference don’t buy things that don’t fit” like what? You work in retail, it’s bound to happen? She was being condescending with her remarks and kept bringing up that it was fraud. While we’re walking away she tells her other associate really loud “i don’t know if they did tap but it looks like fraud and the numbers don’t match” when I literally had all the proof that I purchased it yesterday.. the accusations were just unnecessary and made me super uncomfortable. First time having a bad experience like this at this location.
