I had a very terrible experience with this freight company. You should consider getting another delivery company with better reviews.
They never call ahead to let me know that the pallets arrive. Charge me $180 for redelivery 2 pallets, DO NOT use their service ever again. I used another freight company before and they never charge me for redelivery. Stay away from them.
Rod , the manager at the Austin branch is awesome. This guy is on top of everything and I have had nothing but great dealings with him. We all know that we can t please everyone even though we try. Don t let 1 or 2 bad reviews keep you from using SWMT. The thousands of satisfied customers you never hear about. It s the couple of disgruntled ones that want to hurt you even when they may be part to blame that have to vent with a bad review. Don @ Door Outlet....
AVOID shipping with this company! Absolutely terrible experience. Package did not make it on arrival date that they verbally confirmed. Took off work so I could be there when the package came, as required, and never heard from them. Called the next day during normal business hours to find out details and was told to call back later when everybody got to work...
Drivers are lazy and are "no-shows" 70% of the time, 15% of the time they refuse pickup because their trailer is already full and 15% of the time they refuse because they "don't want to pick it up" as a driver told me. We will never use them again.
Their trucks go vroom vroom and honk honk.

We had a slight crisis today at my business and really needed our delivery today. At first it looked like it wasn't going to happen but the guys (and I'm sure gals) over at SMT - Austin made it happen. We will have chemicals today! Thumbs up on the customer service.
