Rod , the manager at the Austin branch is awesome. This guy is on top of everything and I have had nothing but great dealings with him. We all know that we can t please everyone even though we try. Don t let 1 or 2 bad reviews keep you from using SWMT. The thousands of satisfied customers you never hear about. It s the couple of disgruntled ones that want to hurt you even when they may be part to blame that have to vent with a bad review. Don @ Door Outlet....

They never call ahead to let me know that the pallets arrive. Charge me $180 for redelivery 2 pallets, DO NOT use their service ever again. I used another freight company before and they never charge me for redelivery. Stay away from them.

I think they want you to load their truck for them. Item was on a pallet just a couple feet inside a parking garage. Perfectly flat concrete, excellent place to leave an item while waiting for it to be picked up. They refused to take a palate jack "into a building" and wouldn't let me do it, then when I said I would move it out myself, he just drove off.

Despicable service. After my package being 2 days late they verbally confirmed (and via tracking information) that my package would be delivered on the 19th. My package was not delivered on the 19th nor was I contacted to be told why. When I called today (the 20th) Mandy Patton told me my package was in a truck yesterday but the driver was running late so they didn't deliver. She then told me she would connect me to her "manager" but instead hung up on me and wouldn't answer after that. Now, after dealing with the company I ordered from (ifloor) and the company they ship through (RRTS) and the company they hired (SWTS) I have been told that my deliver should go out tomorrow. There now isn't enough time to install the floor before we have to move into our new house and we have lost time money and any patients with these companies.

An absolutely terrible experience. They've had or claimed to have had our shipment for an entire month at their warehouse. They called to schedule the first delivery and said they would call 30 minutes before delivery. No delivery and no call. I called a week later to get them to deliver again. Again, no call or delivery. After this happened for a third time, I called and they told me they couldn't find it in their warehouse, but it was there somewhere. They told me that they would give me a call back after they found out something. That, of course, didn't happen. I called them maybe 3-4 times and got the same story: "We'll give you a call right back" or "The manager will call you back when he gets in". Never happened. I called today and they finally told me that they've lost our shipment. Thanks for wasting a whole month of our time.

I was worried because of the bad reviews, but I actually took an expensive piece of equipment to them an they were very nice, helpful (helped me wrap it extra well), and were great people from my conversations with them. The item was shipped and received with no issues. 10 out of 10, I'd use them again in a heartbeat

First they mixed my order up and sent it to someone else. That took 2 weeks to sort out. Then the 2nd order just sat around their warehouse until I called them 3 times to ask for delivery. To add insult to injury they completely missed the delivery date after I waited all day and didn't even bother to call. Now I'm waiting again. HORRIBLE COMPANY. AVOID.

Highly recommend avoiding this company. They called to confirm delivery three days in a row and missed the first two days. I did not receive any calls on these days and had to phone their office to find out what was going on. On the third day they promised to show up at 8am since I had a conflict later in the morning/afternoon. At 9:30 I still had not heard anything, called again and found out the delivery was delayed again. Four follow-up calls later we rescheduled again for the afternoon. Boxes arrived with a lot of external damage. Fortunately the goods were very well packed and the serious box wounds were not in critical areas. The driver also told us the boxes had been at the warehouse for 2 weeks prior to delivery (these were goods coming from China). The only redeeming quality is the people on the phone and the driver were nice, but that hardly makes up for the horrible service.

Place an order with them to pick a pallet. Item was in storage systems with plenty of space for truck and previously we had multiple truck pickup. They cancel the order and did not had courtesy to call and inform. Waited for 4 hours then call dispatch to discover that they will not pickup from storage system.

Placed an order with the company with the expectation that order would be delivered. Company then informed us that we would have to pick up the order ourselves without specific instructions as to who or where the order what be at. Bad communication and coordination.
