The service here is so amazing, I had Morgan who made this breakfast so much better, awesome food and somehow better service
This place was AMAZING. Its great for a laid back, hearty breakfast or for when you're hungover and need some grease and another drink to get you through the day. My husband and I ate here for a relaxed brunch and the coffee was phenomenal. The food was excellent. The staff were polite and chatty. Highly recommend.
The menu offers some really interesting items. It was difficult to decide what to order. Everything looked good. I ended up getting the Bella Bella Benny, and the wife chose the sweet potato mash up. Our waitress was attentive and charming, but the place was hopping, and she (and the rest of the staff) were probably overworked. We used the online queue service, which worked great as we approached a spot of fifth in line to be seated. It then bumped us out of the system. We were told this was a common issue today, but they did a nice job of finding us a table at about the same time we would have been seated anyway. If you go, use the reserve-a-spot-in-line option on their website. As we waited nearly a half hour outside, there were at least three to four dozen people waiting outside with us. This place is popular (and deservedly so).
As always Snooze is amazing. Phenomenal customer service and food is never disappointing!!!!
Wow that was by far the best food I have ever eaten. It's clear the cooks care about the food they make and the staff also care about you. They are friendly, talk to and very understanding for dietary restrictions Thank you guys for that amazing service
Waited over an hour and then we were told there was a gas leak in the kitchen and no more food was going to be made. Hugely disappointed. Update: We tried Snooze again and were thankfully able to eat this time. I enjoyed our food but my fiancée wasn't a big fan (she doesn't like breakfast so her opinion on this matter is invalid, haha). My only two complaints were the very long wait for our food (ordered and then had to wait ~35 minutes for the food to be served)and that the bartender (young Caucasian woman with brown hair and nose ring) who served us did not offer refills on anything, had no customer service skills but did have the personality of a toad. I'd advise to not sit at the bar if at all possible.
What can one say that hasn't probably already been said about this place? Snooze is a modern day twist on the old school 70's diner. This is my first review after several visits and I can honestly say these three things. First, it's always crazy busy as soon as they unlock the door so get on the mobile wait list and still plan on hanging out a few minutes after you get there for a table. Second, they have a full coffee bar with big boy drinks for you while you wait to be seated, the bloody mary is a meal in itself. Lastly, the food is always on point, portion sizes are pleanty, and the service hasn't disappointed yet. ;)
Love breakfast here! OMG French Toast is a must to try. If you love Eggs Benedict, try Bella Bella Eggs Benedict!!! It is really good! I just did the take out and I am very impressed with the packaging! It divides the food with good presentation.
I went for breakfast here on a weekday and I can say the place was dead which I loved. The place is definitely more modern and sleek looking. The server was very friendly and helped me decide on my order. I had the sausage egg and cheese sandwich on a pretzel bun. It came with a delicious hollandaise sauce that I do suggest you dip the sandwich in. It really elevates a basic type of sandwich. The only suggestion I would make would be to butter and toast the pretzel bun to add some more depth of flavor. The bun itself was kind of cold as though it was just taken out of the fridge/freezer and thawed recently. Other than that it seemed like a solid place to eat.
The food was decent at best. The service was total crap from the beginning. The hostess skipped over us after adding our names to the wait list. We had to go check back in with her, for her to say "Oh yeah, I forgot about you until you came back up here. Then after being sat, it took 30 minutes & a trip to speak to the manager before our sever ever arrived at our table. When she did finally show up, she needed an attitude adjustment or a different job. She was rude, acted like she didn't want to there, and barely had any energy like serving our table was the last thing she wanted to be doing. This occurred during a non busy time today. We were at the table from about 1 - 2:30pm. This was my first experience with this company & this location. Talk about a bad first impression!!
