From the initial call for service to the tech onsite it has been a very solid and professional interaction. Dylan has been my technician and he is very knowledgeable and quick to respond. I had a groundhog issue under a shed. He set a trap at the precise location of several entrance points and the first was trapped within a couple of hours, the next day later a second one. He was very informative on the entire process and means to keep them out from underneath my shed with the truth that they can and will dig under anything if they so desire.

I recently reached out to Bryan with Smithereen. He got to my issue quickly, communicated effectively and was able to get us to a solution. I would highly recommend Bryan and his son Dylan if you have any pest issues. I will definitely use them in the future when other issues occur.

Dylan is great and very thorough. I look forward to working with him to fix our bird problem. I've not paid anything since he hasn't finished the project yet, but the price quoted seems very reasonable.

I have been so very satisfied with Smithereen Pest Control since I started with them years ago. My technician today was Clayton and he was amazing as usual. The service is always on time and it’s always very thorough. He’s very friendly professional and make sure that everything I need is done. I really appreciate it. I can't even rate this guy. He spent a total of 9 minutes in my unit, only to do absolutely nothing. We have mice bait and traps out. This guy took no pics of the steel wool holes we filled. Very dissatisfied with this. 2 traps were left not much of anything else. He only used his flashlight two not really trying to find entry point. The one star was too much rating!!

Evan is very knowledgeable and caring about his profession. He is very aware of the products and their proper applications. We have a garden area, and he has made us aware of the affect that insect treatment could have on our food production. I'm thankful for his knowledge.
