I called Smithereen to evaluate a large family of tree squirrels that decided to inhabit my hollow concrete porch stairs. They were quite active & I worried about the integrity of my home. The office staff was great and gave me an appointment the next morning! Dylan arrived on time & thoroughly inspected my porch steps and home areas that would have signaled home invasion by the squirrels. (Luckily, there was none!) Dylan was very professional, knowledgeable, & a good teacher. He helped me choose an affordable resolution to my problem that should work well into the future. I was quite pleased with the service I received from Smithereen and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

This is the second inspection/service that I’ve received from Smithereen and I must say that I have been blown away by both the customer service as well as the knowledge and great attitudes of the techs that have come out. Brian was incredible, very quick to find the root of the problem and didn’t waste time taking care of things. Monty had come the first time around and was also very helpful, pointing out things that I could do to better protect the house. I was also able to get appointments immediately on both times that I’d requested them. I wanted to wait to see if their service would be as good past the first time and I was not disappointed. Very glad I found them!

After noticing signs of termites on my property I called Smithereen to schedule an inspection. I was fortunate enough to meet Ronnie, a seasoned veteran with the company. After the inspection and estimate, Ronnie's expertise, professionalism and knowledge let me know that this was the company that I wanted to go with for the extermination. He was also super patient and friendly when answering my many questions about the process. He gave me some information about the company's history and thoroughly explained the extermination process. On the day of the extermination, he was prompt and efficient and as usual, very warm, friendly and professional. The cost of the service and the warranty were also factored into my decision. I'm completely satisfied with my experience with Smithereen. I will definitely use this company for any other future pest control needs.

Dillon was a pleasure to work with, he was polite and professional. His knowledge and excellent communication skills assured me he would get the job done. The detailed reports and photos were important to our client and went above and beyond our expectations. The whole Smithereen team from Ronnie to Kitty in the office have been amazing. We have used Smithereen for years and have always been happy with our service. Today Elijah went above and beyond when I asked him to check for wasp activity after finding a wasp in our home. He checked our skylights, chimney, bushes, and outdoor structures. I love that I can trust Smithereen to always do the most when it comes to protecting our home from unwanted pests. And I love that I can call them to come back if needed.
