Overall, I would rate my experience with Skyline IT Services among the best service experiences I've ever had. I spoke with Christopher about specific needs and concerns I had with my slow internet, low memory computer and inability to send email from my mobile device and he coordinated one of his associates to come to my business to handle the issues. Andy, the "computer guy" was very friendly and worked very efficiently. He helped clear out unneeded files on my computer so that it could run faster. He was able to free up 2GB of memory. He recommended to get an external hard drive to accommodate more space. Andy also was able to setup my email correspondence in the Mail application on my MacBook Air as well as my iPhone. I've been trying to figure how to do that forever and he did it in minutes! In regards to optimizing the internet connection at my business, Andy explained the different options very clearly and simply and shared the solution that he thought was best for the situation. Christopher and Andy at Skyline IT Services understood my particular needs, answered all my questions, proactively communicated with me and recognized and appreciated me as a customer. I will definitely support Skyline again for my future IT needs.

Skyline IT is my go to for everything IT support. Even during the COVID-19 issues, they've been available to work remotely and keep everything running like a well-oiled machine. I needed IT support for some crashed hard drives that I used for my business services in San Diego. I went to Skyline IT Services and they promptly took care of my problem. My hard drives were replaced and they even did so under the manufacturers warranty. A great company to do business with, I highly recommend them!

We have been using Skyline IT Services ever since our business opened in 2020. From day 1 they have been unbelievable and have allowed us to perform at our full capacity by providing outstanding IT services and handling all of our computer and software platforms. James Bussard in particular has been absolutely phenomenal at handling any issues that come up and ensuring we have minimal downtime during these times. In our industry as tax preparers we need to have our systems up and running at all times during tax season and the folks at Skyline have never let us down. I highly recommend them!
