Skyline IT is my go to for everything IT support. Even during the COVID-19 issues, they've been available to work remotely and keep everything running like a well-oiled machine. If you need any help with getting your computers and IT network running properly, Skyline IT should be first on your list!

Overall, I would rate my experience with Skyline IT Services among the best service experiences I've ever had. I spoke with Christopher about specific needs and concerns I had with my slow internet, low memory computer and inability to send email from my mobile device and he coordinated one of his associates to come to my business to handle the issues. Andy, the "computer guy" was very friendly and worked very efficiently. He helped clear out unneeded files on my computer so that it could run faster. He was able to free up 2GB of memory. He recommended to get an external hard drive to accommodate more space. Andy also was able to setup my email correspondence in the Mail application on my MacBook Air as well as my iPhone. I've been trying to figure how to do that forever and he did it in minutes! In regards to optimizing the internet connection at my business, Andy explained the different options very clearly and simply and shared the solution that he thought was best for the situation. Christopher and Andy at Skyline IT Services understood my particular needs, answered all my questions, proactively communicated with me and recognized and appreciated me as a customer. I will definitely support Skyline again for my future IT needs.

Skyline IT always has our backs and works well with us. They're honest, responsive, professional, and will take care of you. This company doesn't keep passing you around to people who haven't helped you with issues before. In the past we felt that we've been passed along too many times and have had to wait for too long not knowing when they would come help or even respond. With Skyline IT they listened to our concerns and addressed them appropriately. They always respond quickly and always let us know what's going on so that our business can plan accordingly if special steps were needed. They respond quickly and have always come to save the day. I know that the office computers, servers, and anything else can be taken care of when I call them.

I’ve had the team at Skyline supporting my company’s systems for many year now. Anytime someone needs IT Support at our office the Skyline IT Services team there gets right on it. We had issues with our previous IT company who failed to properly backup our data and we lost months of data. Ever since we switched to Skyline years ago everything has always been very smooth. Very happy with their service.

Christopher Shaw and I go back several years as business owners and friends. I own a multimedia/video production company and have a lot of systems to backup. I also do understand the importance of providing great service and professionalism to a client and Skyline IT Services certainly does that. Recently, I called upon Chris and his technicians regarding a couple of situations where my computer drive was critically reaching capacity and though attempts were were made to off load or transfer files to another drive, the main drive would still read at maximum capacity. I also had a need to install/switch a solid state drive out in place of a full SATA drive a high capacity editing system and was concerned about transferring or copying all the systems programs in an efficient manner. After contacting Christopher, Andy Fernandez responded with a call and arranged an appointment to come out to our office. Once he arrived, he politely put me at ease of my concerns and went straight to work. Andy was very efficient, handling the tasks for both computer systems at the same time. He also took the time to answer my questions and explained what he was doing as he displayed his technical abilities with ease.
