Very disappointed. I wanted a certain coat for a long time and it went on sale. I snatched one up and received an email a day later saying it wasn’t available, my order was cancelled and it would not be restocked. So angry. Don’t have items on your website if they aren’t available.
Hailey and Martell were working today and were a big help on deciding which coat to buy. The size I needed was not out front so they went and found the size I needed in the back for me.
One of the best stores in the stockyards- Martell and Ashley are not only hands down the prettiest girls in the stockyards but they know the importance of customer service and taking good care of their customers.. the beer is awesome too.
I tried making a $300 purchase using a payment plan, but the website's automated system falsely flagged and canceled it. When I called to fix the glitch, the representative, Hali, was incredibly hostile and dismissive, offering zero support to help a legitimate customer. For a small business, turning away high-value sales with terrible customer service is a bad look. They actively chose to lose my business.
I have started to become a huge fan of Schaefer Outfitters clothing. Started with their GameGuard shirts and now their denim shirts are my new favorite for winter. The store is great. Had something for my wife and I was able to try on a couple new things as well.

Such a great and beautiful shop. Went into the shop to try on some sizes and styles and got everything I needed. Staff was so helpful, sweet women with great brand knowledge, got all sorts of gorgeous goodies that will be perfect for ranch life.
Products are great and I bought the jacket I wanted however it was one of the worst instore experiences I ever had. Sales associate didn’t care to help even after asking her to show a specific product because she was busy sharing gossip with a friend. When paying there was no please, thank you or whatsoever. It’s a shame that this beautiful shop is being so misrepresented.
Not a large selection but nice clothing. Would not recommend. We went in to buy some Coats and jeans. Unfortunately, we stood around for 45 minutes and no one ever asked to help us. The staff chose to stand around and talk to each other and ignore our presence. Ended up walking out and going to ML Leddy's. Where customer service was awesome, the staff greeted and address us as we entered. We shopped for over an hour and my husband spent over $4k. My son and fiance spent $2K. I realize that's not a lot of money to Schaeffers but when you work hard for your money and are looking to purchase, customer service is important.
They claim that shirt sizes run the same across each model. I’ve gotten three different sizes of XLT’s, two in the same model. Not to mention, I’ve also had three different sizes of LT’s come in my orders. I’ve received shirts with poor tailoring and a missing snap button. When I asked for two to replace those, they would only send them if I went through the trouble to send back the others. Any company worth its salt would send two new ones without blinking. From my experience, Schaefer is much less about “land and life” than they are about profit. I wonder what they pay the workers in Vietnam when they seem to opt out of paying even for quality control. Stick with Wrangler y’all.
