Training with Ian was amazing he gave me detailed instructions from the first day to the last day. He guided me step by step as I worked on a live model. I had all the confidence from training that I needed to be successful. I’m looking forward to sending him my work in the near future… What a great experience I had at the Scalpp Clinic.
Best hair micropigmentation in texas. Ian will do whatever to please you with his artistry and you will not be able to tell its not your own hair. He camoflages scars from previous bad hair transplant surgury so you can't tell they are there.hes been doing this for 20 years or more and has very upscale office and staff located in the med center building on st. Joseph's parkway downtown houston.his prices were very affordable and we'll worth the service he provides.
Reviewed many providers and approaches and ultimately decided on Scalpp. He is a true artist and master of the craft. Trust the process, and you will be happy with the result. His focus on a natural and balanced result is key. I had 3 sessions and an included follow-up visit. It looks best with about 1 day of growth, but I generally shave my head with a razor every 2 days to maintain the look I want. The pictures are from before and about 5 months after my last session.
Scalpp is the best SMP studio in Texas hands down. After doing a lot of research I decided to go with them even though I had to driver over 6 hours for every session. I had my third and last session completed a couple weeks ago and the results are amazing. Kristin responds very quickly to any email inquiry and she’s very helpful in accommodating any requests you might have with respect to appointment times and scheduling. Ian is amazing at what he does. I can’t overly emphasize enough on how natural the results look. I can’t even tell it is not my real hair even when I get very close to the mirror and try to look for any imperfection. He’s been doing SMP for a very long time therefore you can feel secure his work is nothing short of amazing. I can’t recommend Scalpp enough. Ian and Kristin make an amazing team and you will be supported in all aspects of the procedure. I will be coming back when is time for my touch up.
If I could give 6 stars I would. He made my not so great hair transplant look phenomenal. Ian is extremely talented and I love how my head looks today.
I'm happy I went here. The amount of places doing this now compared to when i first looked is crazy. But I specifically went to Ian because A) He is the most experienced artist in Texas and I knew I would be a difficult and fussy client with high expectations B) I wanted a very very soft hairline and saw that's what he does It would say the result has met my expectations. I don't like to hyperbole. It looks very natural, and that's what I needed.
I don't give a crap about hairloss too much these days but I couldn't shave my head cause of the 4 transplant scars (3 FUT and 1 FUE). It took 3 long sessions but I'm glad I did it and glad I went with Ian. The only scar that is still slightly visible is a really bumpy and textured one but even that look better.
Ian and Kristen were great to work with. Ian did an excellent job covering my FUE scars. He has plenty of years of experience and it shows in his quality of work he provides. Thankful for him
My sister got her Scalp Pigmentation done here and to be honest I would not have proceeded without seeing hers first. I had done months of research before committing, it is expensive but this is probably the best thing I have ever spent my money on. I needed my entire head densified. The sessions were very long and the sides were uncomfortable. But I just put my AirPods in/Podcast and told Ian to tap me when we are on a break. This review was originally only 4 stars as I was told it would only take 2 sessions. It took a 3rd session to make it look as dark as I required. Although they didn't charge me for it, it's very very difficult for me to take time off work and follow the aftercare instructions. I don't know if Ian put more effort in because I complained about needing an extra session. But anyway, if your results look anywhere near as good as mine then you will be happy and you will not need to use Toppik anymore. I feel better and I love not thinking about my hair all the time. I have attached photos.
