They lost my layaway,plus I waited 45 min for them to tell me they did

I went to get refund. Only 2 ppl including manager running register. Security told me 3 times line 1 for refund(i waited 20-25min and then cashier said Im in the wrong line)...i would hve to get in other longer line to get refund. Idk guy that told me was security. Security guy didn't come in my defense, he STORMED AWAY. Why was he mad? I was the one. I like Roses, but I'll take my changes elsewhere. Cashier was at her last end before walking out she said. WOW. What a store. Do the General/Region Managers know? And I still ain't got my refund
