Roses Discount Store

The customer service needs some work the young lady tonight that's on the register was not friendly I understand it's the holiday season more shoppers are in the store but your interaction with the older gentleman was not good you could have said it in a more understanding way I need you to print and sign your name that's all work on customer service

Purchased Old Dominion peanut brittle bar from Roses store. Happy with my purchase they are delicious

Management VERY rude the customer service here at this location is always terrible I arrived at the store at approximately 9:26 am I walked into the store where all employees were standing at the front on their phones this man whom NEVER properly acknowledged me stated we not open with his head still down looking at his phone as I turned around and walked away I stated you all should update your business hours on the door he replied like I said we open at 10 in a very nasty non welcoming way I told him that was rude and asked for his name he refused to give it to me and also refused to give me the number to the corporate office. Anyone in the the leadership role should lead by example if this is the way management treats their guest it just explains why the sales floor employees and cashiers treat us in this community we need people in position that knows how to make customers like we are wanted this was one of the absolute WORST customer experiences I’ve ever encountered also embarrassing

Good store. Just old men gawking at you. But other than that...bring a smile to their faces!! Cool atmosphere!!

Had know idea about this place....you get a lot for less.

Can't find a more priced store

Sort of cluttered, but really good deals.

Easy to find things and no long lines

Too unorganized and workers are not customer friendly.
