I needed some quality boots for an elopement in a short time frame and I’m so pleased I found this shop and Dan… a quick chat on the phone of what I was looking for and he was quickly texting me pics of options. I came to the store and he had me in and out efficiently and when she tried the boots and found they were a little tight, Dan worked with us to evaluate alternatives and eventually hand stretched the boot we had already bought. In the end they were worn for the elopement and the shop saved the day. He has an awesome selection and service is second to none.

Beautiful shop. Interesting history and still family run. It may not be the cheapest but it is excellent in quality.

I've never been to the physical store, only ordered online. I was told this was a small family run business. I had ordered a backordered men's western bolero. I was told I would not get it for a while. The gentleman however called be back and let me know I would get it sooner than expected. They shipped it out to me in like two days - I had the best customer service experience and the product was beyond beautiful. Far exceeded expectations! Beautiful is an understatement and the company is just a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for everything, for explaining everything to me, the patience, and the prompt delivery. A ++++ If I ever make it out to Colorado I would love to come check out your store! I play in a traditional country & western band and the floral embroidered jacket is perfect for me - great, great products and great family-oriented cordial service!

On our last trip to AZ my wife bought a Navajo belt buckle. She asked me if I knew a place back home we could get a belt for it. After searching the web I found Rockmount. From the minute we walked in the store we felt it was a great store with some very nice belts along with shirts and hats also. I asked one of the salesman if we could remove the buckles and try the one my wife had already purchased in AZ he said yes and showed me how to do it.My wife picked out a few belts one of them on the higher cost $ end nothing we didn't notice or couldn't afford. She went and grabbed a hat wanted to try everything on since it was a birthday outfit she wanted to make sure the belt would fit. When we put everything on the counter and proceeded to put on the buckle a different salesperson asked," before you take that off you know this is an expensive belt." I said yes, I'm aware of the price, I want to make sure the buckle fits before we buy it. Again ok just letting you know it's $150 $$$ belt. Now this is the part when I looked at my wife and said do we look like some poor homeless person who came to shop in this store? Because this is exactly how I felt asked more then once if I know how much a nice expensive leather belt cost. My wife also felt the same! This is when we just bought the hat and belt leaving behind the desire to shop more in the store or even come back! Just left both feeling awkward. That's was our experience in the store great items but poor customer judgment service.

I took my teenage son for his first real cowboy hat today. The customer servive is excellent. No one bothered us as he found his own. He selected a brown everyday hat, and approached the counter about ordering a dressy black custom look. He was respectfully handed a catalogue, and had a great time with management and staff looking at the new collection. He left looking like the cat that ate the canary. You found a lifetime customer in my little dude, and I'm coming back for boots. The selection of this store is beautifully well tailored.

They were so very helpful and have amazing hats. The woman who helped me was extremely patient and pleasant

Finally made it to the famous home of the Pearl snap shirt with your. They have a small museum with originals and even a predecessor (see pics). There was a clearance rack with a 20% discount which caused me to partake. LOL. If you're in downtown Denver this place is certainly worth a visit. See pics of may of the celebs who purchase and wear Rockmount shirts. FYI the street is named after the founder, Jack Weil. The story is at age 105 he was still showing up to work at the store. Pictures and magazines verify this story. The store folks are knowledgeable, proud and willing to assist. Highly recommend!

Dope little mini-museum on the 2nd floor. Rockmount has something for everyone. Belts, scarves, cowboy hats, they got it all.

We had went to the Union station and didn't find much there. So we started walking down streets. Then we found this store and we are with quite a few people so they wanted to go in and we went very nice Western where several people bought things. It was nice to look at. It was a little museum up above. Had a little toddler who was very busy, busy guy and they were very kind about him being there. Loved the Jeopardy song

Not only did we have an excellent experience with Kyle shaping a hat for my husband but David gave us some great history of the store and all that they have done. David and Kyle both were great to work with and I highly recommend folks stop by even if it is to get to visit their upstairs museum.
