Have you met Liliana?! She’s amazing! I loved chatting with her, and I really appreciated how thoughtful and intentional she was with my cut. We spent time talking through the look I wanted and how to make it work best for my face shape—she truly knows her stuff. As for the bad reviews—most of them are pretty silly. Ever used a website? They’re not perfect! This is a small business, and I can confidently say they’d go out of their way to make things right. At the end of the day, it’s about the service—and in that area they absolutely deliver 💕
Upon booking my appointment I never received confirmation of it, but I could see the time slot I selected was no longer available. I called and left a voicemail to confirm the time and never got a call back. Once I showed up for my scheduled time THE SALON WAS CLOSED. No one answered the three phone calls I made, no one was inside, just closed. Why would I be able to schedule an appointment if no one would be there?? This was important to me, I’m 7 months postpartum, haven’t gotten my hair cut since pregnancy, had to find child care, and was looking forward to my first time having some time for myself in this phase of life. I’m so disappointed. I know my business clearly doesn’t mean anything to this salon, but I absolutely will not be returning.
