I was asked to move my appointment an hour later which was no problem but when I got there I waited 20 min because of another client the worst part is I felt rushed the whole time and I paid extra to get it styled and I only got it blow dried. Personally wouldn’t go here ever again.
Today I saw Lilliana for a balayage and trim impulsively and she did not disappoint at all! I saw a video on TikTok and decided I’d reach out to see if there was any availability, and surprisingly she was flexible enough to squeeze me in! My consultation was long and thorough, she made sure to ask lots of questions about how I style my hair and what exactly I was looking for, and she DELIVERED! Overall I’m really happy with my hair, and her service! We had great conversation, and it went ALOT faster than I thought it would given the amount of hair I have, and me reaching out last minute! I 10/10 recommend and will for sure be back!
second time I come to this place, both times i've been told that they didn't get a notification of my appointment even thought they took my whole payment and I got a confirmation of both appointments, they even have my information on file yet they didn't know I was coming?
