I first engaged Reliance Builders of Colorado in 2016 to finish my kitchen project. I was extremely satisfied with the ease I had in both our communication verbally and visually. The design meetings were always productive and never rushed. The straightforwardness working with Jon (owner) through each piece of my project were beyond exceptional. Reliance Builders of Colorado is professional and very patient. So, satisfied I was, I rehired Jon for additional work in 2017. I highly recommend Reliance Builders of Colorado – they are outstanding! Reliance Builders did a phenomenal job on our master bathroom. Jon and his team were extremely prompt, polite, and professional from beginning to end. Jon was very responsive and communicated each step of the way so we always knew what to expect next and when to expect it. They were also great about cleaning up after themselves. We love our master bathroom. It was beautifully done and we were so pleased with our entire experience with Reliance Builders of Colorado.

As a design firm, we appreciate contractors who have their processes in order. John and Tyler have been impressive to work with. I appreciate their attention to details beyond the jobsite, like scheduling, pre-constrution team-meetings, and ensuring that we are invited to walk with the trades before installation so that our mutual clients design is implemented as intended. The team is friendly, courteous, and I will absolutely recommend them to our clients.

My husband and I recently hired Reliance Builders to remodel the first floor of our 102 year old home. It was a BIG deal to us that we had been talking about & putting off for years. We were very comfortable from the 1st time speaking w/ Jon & any previous contact. Our home was finished w/in time frame given & we are extremely pleased & satisfied w/ the work done. Jon and his crew worked through many road blocks via state and county permits but got everything approved in time. These things take time it seems. When everything was all said and done, I was quite happy with the final product! I gave little guidance to them and they came through with winning colors all around. Jon knows what he is doing and I could not be happier. Reliance Builders of Colorado Two thumbs up! I am not the best on a computer so no pics, but it looks great!

Clear and consistent communication from planning through each stage of the remodel - letting us know when each contractor would be working and status. We are very glad we decided to go with Reliance Builders of Colorado for our kitchen remodel. From beginning to end, they demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and attention to detail, managing and coordinating the work schedules of the all the teams on the project. Top quality workmanship from all teams from the cabinetmaker to tilers, electricians and plumbers. Great communication—they kept us informed of work schedules and any changes, and our questions were answered promptly. They took great care to protect our home, encasing the work area in plastic and cleaned up every day. The project manager Tyler was on top of all the situations that arose. While a bit of a perfectionist, we appreciated his attention to detail and commitment to quality. No project proceeds without some hiccups (we had issues with outside vendors) but we worked through the issues together. The internet builder portal used for communications was great. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident from start to finish—Jon even fixed the cutting board that came with the sink when it wouldn’t fit! A big hug for that! I highly recommend Reliance Builders without hesitation. Thanks so much to Jon, Tyler and their crews. We love our new kitchen!

We had an outstanding experience working with Reliance Builders on our kitchen remodel in the summer of 2024, as well as an incredible back patio project. From start to finish, they were fantastic. The team stayed on schedule—in fact, they finished our kitchen ahead of time! Their attention to detail was impeccable; we never felt like we had to watch over the fine points — they took care of everything with professionalism and pride in their work. We never once felt taken advantage of, which is such a relief during a big project. One of the things we appreciated most was the interactive design process. They were flexible and collaborative, adjusting with us as ideas evolved. Any concern or action item was handled immediately by Jon, who went above and beyond throughout the process. The subcontractors they hired were also fantastic—professional, competent, and efficient. Tyler was our day-to-day contact and did an excellent job keeping everything running smoothly. Financially, the project stayed on budget, and any change orders were communicated clearly and honestly—no surprises. We’ve already referred Reliance Builders to several friends and will continue to do so. We could not be happier with both the process and the results!

Reliance Builders did a remodel of our primary bathroom. This was the third job I have hired Reliance Builders for and that should speak volumes about my trust in this company. Their work is outstanding and their attention to detail amazes me. They are always respectful of my home and Tyler makes sure that I know what to expect on the job sight everyday. Jon treats the job as a priority no matter the size.

Tyler made sure that what we wanted was executed in the most efficient and professional way.
