Jon with Reliance Builders is fantastic to work for. He uses our company (Sundog Electric) to do a lot of his work. He really is a great guy. We work for several builders and Reliance is one of our favorites. He does great work and gets us all the details we need to complete the electrical portion of the project.

Jon Majerus / Reliance Builders was great to work with. Jon worked with us to plan and complete our basement remodel to our satisfaction, close to our budget, and in a reasonable timeframe. He was responsive when we had questions, and he took care of the minor issues and little details that inevitably come up in a remodel. We are very happy with our new basement living room and guest room.

Working with Reliance Builders was a pleasure from beginning to end. As with any remodel project, there were unexpected surprises and expenses. Jon explained them all and worked with us to determine an appropriate fix while keeping the budget in mind. Highly skilled and respectful sub-contractors and project management.

Reliance Builders helped us with a very complex and time sensitive project. We discovered that our new house had hidden structural defects and needed them fixed before we could move in. I highly recommend them. Jon and Tyler were wonderful. They stuck with us even though our project expanded in scope dramatically once we dug in. They managed the timeline extremely well and kept things moving quickly and kept to their estimated timeline and budget. They paid attention to the details and made sure that nothing was missed. In the few rare occasions that we had concerns or questions, they helped resolve them quickly and without a fuss.

We feel incredibly grateful to have found Jon Majerus - I cannot tell you how many times my wife and I have recommended Jon at Reliance Builders of Colorado to friends looking for a contractor. We had a dated 1970s concrete stamped wall that Jon transformed into a modern focal point of our home - we love it and enjoy it every day! Jon also helped us to expand our kitchen pantry, which improved the storage in our kitchen, and added beautiful sliding barn doors. Jon is extremely detailed in thinking through a project's scope and does a great job of communicating project timeframes and any potential deviation from the original bid is discussed before moving forward. He is a working contractor who does a great deal of the work with an incredibly high attention to detail, but also has strong relationships with a few subcontractors that he trusts and that he knows he can hold to the same high standards he has. This certainly proved to be the case with us with the subcontractors that did the hardwoods, drywall/paint and trim work as Jon was frequently involved with their work to ensure quality and timeliness. Beyond his great work, Jon was incredibly trustworthy and a fantastic communicator that allowed for our family to adjust our schedules to avoid too much disruption during the construction. Cannot give a higher recommendation to Jon as a great contractor and a wonderful person!

I feel we were so lucky to have Jon with Reliance Builders as our contractor for our kitchen remodel. He was an excellent communicator and always dealt with problems as they arose with such positivity and promptness. Because he is so great to work with, he has a great group of subcontractors that are top notch.

Jon & Tyler blew us away with their professionalism, communication & supervision of the project, attention to detail and workmanship. Jon brought in skilled and careful tradesmen during the project. Scheduling of installation of many components to our master bedroom and bath was seamless. Our project was a strip to the studs reimaged living space that now feels like a 5-star hotel retreat. It is a joy to wake up every morning and have this extraordinary space. Jon & Tyler worked well with our designer and even suggested solutions to some of our design hang ups. They were gracious, courteous and enthusiastic to change the plan on the fly and to add additional work to the original plan. The timeframe of the project was met to our delight. I would chose them again and recommend Reliance Builders to my friends, family and neighbors.

Jon started working for me before I even hired him. He helped to determine if a wall could be removed and he spoke with the city about putting a kitchen in my basement. Jon’s company remodeled my main floor kitchen and put a new kitchen in my basement. The works was done on time and on budget and my kitchens are both stunning. Tyler stayed in contact with me through out the entire project and was helpful in answering all my questions. Their subcontractors were very respectful of the fact that five people were living on the job sight. I HIGHLY recommend Reliance Builders.

Reliance Builders recently completed our kitchen and bathrooms remodel. Their communication was always professional and they were very timely. Their subcontractors were experts in their designated trades and performed their work exceptionally with attention to every detail. As with any remodel there were a couple of surprises, but Jon and Tyler were quick to communicate and fully explain the circumstances and offer solutions for our consideration. As our project manager, Tyler Morris was terrific to work with; he is trustworthy and has a strong work ethic. He was personable and present on the site frequently. He did a great job of coordinating and communicating the daily and weekly activities to us. And, it was clear he did the same with the subcontractors on our project. Jon Majerus has built a company culture that is respectful of and truly serves the best interests of his clients. Reliance Builders of Colorado did a fantastic job on the remodel of our kitchen and bathrooms; completing the project per their initial schedule, and we will highly recommend them to family and friends!
