I’ve had my license for 20 years, RECP has not only been my first choice for CE, but every new agent I’ve had since before they were licensed I’ve sent to RECP. Cannot say enough good things about the programs and the support you get from staff.
Excellent staff, very helpful! I had tons of questions and they were very patient with me. The online class worked well for me and my schedule. Highly recommend RECP for your real estate needs.
I took the 90 hour online course. Unfortunately it was essentially just a powerpoint that has someone reading what's on the screen. I wish I would have known what to expect before starting the class as it costs $600+ just to get started. The course also updated halfway through the year I was taking it making the books I was sent at the start pretty much useless.
As a former educator with a Master’s in Education, I can tell you this is not a class: you’re buying a really expensive dictionary. The online version of this course LITERALLY just forces you to listen to someone read slides. There is no explanation of answers in the practice sections, and no extrapolation beyond what’s written on the page: If I already knew all this stuff and wasn’t l seeking to understand where my shortcomings lie, why would I be taking this course? Unless you’re good at teaching yourself, go elsewhere. Or if you like extremely antiquated teaching methodologies, like listening to the Sage on the Stage— you’ll love it, then! 😅 This course was painful.

Yesterday I passed the Indiana real estate exam on my 1st try. I took the on line course through RECP and bought Exam Smart. Between those two resources I was able to structure a method of study that provided me with a well rounded background. Ryan Cook at RECP stands out for his guidance during the many times I was looking for help. Thank you Ryan. Learning real estate is akin to learning a new language. One of the lecturers at RECP made a comment that stuck with me. He said, "the key to remembering is repetition." Thats good advise for anyone considering on line study.I also would like to thank Tricia Parrot for giving me a veterans discount. My VA benefits expired a long time ago. Thank you Tricia. Recently, I celebrated the 50th anniversary of my 30th birthday. Age is just a number.
