WORST billing dept ever! I would give a ZERO if that was an option! I was repeatedly overcharged from day one, lied to by their billing management dept & ultimately paid double for a cpap machine & that was WITH insurance! AVOID this company!! They are a huge Rip Off!

ProTech Medical was the place to go to get my new CPAP machine. They were very knowledgeable and kind. They answered all my questions and made me feel valued as a customer.
I’ve been trying to get the correct supplies delivered for 7 months. They either send the wrong things or nothing arrives. This place is awful.
I went to get a new cpap machine and Allie was very helpful and polite. Every since I’ve started the process to get a new machine it’s been a huge headache but Allie made it to so smooth she is very informative and knowledgeable! She definitely deserves a raise!
I have only been with them for couple months always had issues with them returning calls. I'm on home oxygen didn't have any issues with tanks except they don't give you anything to stand them in and they never had the smaller tsnks. I usually had tanks delivered once a week and now all of a sudden I'm told I can only get them every 2 weeks. So I would have to have a lot of them beacuse being on 4 liters you go thru them pretty fast. When I told them I have a issue with storing a lot of tanks I was told to take my business elsewhere
