BEWARE! Billing fraud and horrific service. Tried to resolve multiple times before posting this review but no return calls and erroneous charges being made to my cc. Update- was able to reach someone in billing to resolve issue. While I still would not recommend based on my experience, wanted to acknowledge improvement.

WORST medical supply! Sent me the wrong items. Takes forever to ship! Customer service agents have no empathy and give you the wrong information. All they care about is $$$$. Get your supplies anywhere else

They deliver the wrong supplies, and then say that YOU have to drive to their physical store to swap out, even though their rep wrote down the wrong information and you corrected them on the phone, TWICE. When you call in with questions, all the reps that are actually available to talk are allowed to do are sell you supplies and push you to order products. You have a question or need to talk to a sleep coach? Nobody available, leave a message. Maybe they'll call you back, but highly unlikely. If they do call, it's from a random 800 number and who answers those? When you call back within 5 minutes? Oh they aren't available.

Terrible to work with. They charged me tree months of service and never delivered one thing. I finally got to talk to someone and they sent me all six months at one time. I was fed up and cancelled my service with them to only get another six months of auto pay deducted from my account. Don't try to get the recording of your conversation that they say the have for customer service. It does not exist. 0 stars

Very poor customer relations Handle patients poorly. Lack of communication or explanantions

My experience ordering CPAP supplies with them over the past 2+ years has been horrible. And their customer service is even worse. Apparently, they have 3 different companies managing resupply orders; Pro Tech, Williams, and S3. These 3 companies do not talk. And, your billing may come from any of them. At one point, I had both Williams and Pro Tech sending me invoices. Unfortunately, their Customer Service NEVER provides an immediate or accurate answer to your questions. It’s always the responsibility of one of the other 2 companies. Working with them is super frustrating, and I am now going to switch my business to Aero Care.

Still in the process of dealing with them to try and get my CPAP replaced, but thusfar it has been so unnecessarily overcomplicated. I highly recommend going anywhere else if you're able.

I couldn’t be more disappointed in the level of service from ProTech Medical. After being a long time customer, my equipment broke. I reached out to ProTech and they said I had to come into their office, so I set up an appointment - which took about a week. When I got there, they said they had no knowledge of my CPAP machine and couldn’t help me. And that I’d need a new prescription. Keep in mind they had been sending and charging me for supplies for years. It would have been great if they could have told me all this on the phone - rather than at a wasted appointment. When I did get A updated prescription from my doctor - the company never reached out to me. When I finally called - they had some excuse about waiting on more documentation. The lack of follow up and urgency was disappointing. In summary, to me, it appears there isn’t a lot of coordination between their offices and call centers. There was a lack of follow up and general communication. Despite having been a customer for years - I certainly didn’t get the feeling they knew me or my needs. I would avoid this company if you value personal care and good customer service.
