When i went to pick up my order literally the first shirt i pulled out the box was messed up and the owner was standing right there and said he would fix it. I didn't think anything of it. i go home and start dissecting the order and behold 80% of my order was off centered, diamonds were droopy, left over residue from erased ink. I couldn't believe it. so i turned around and went back and spoke with an associate. He agreed with me but when i spoke to the owner he says its not gonna be perfect blah blah blah. Everything in there store is perfect but you cant guarantee anything with me. I tried to stay with them when they said "were sorry and we want to fix it" so they said. then couldn't meet my deadline and told me i said a different date then what was written down. I was at my last with them so i got a refund. I guarantee this was no mistake on there part because there production for everyone else is on point and unfortunately this gets done to me and my company but "Everything happens for a reason and nothing is a coincidence"!!!! stay positive everyone......
