Printed Threads is a bunch of jerks. Jerks who care about quality, jerks who listen, jerks who are competitive in the market place full of bigger jerks who don't know what they are talking about. If you are unhappy with your shirt, these guys pull the biggest jerk move of them all and actually care and try to find a solution with you. Shut up, really. I wish every company had jerks like printed threads. PS. for those of you without a sarcasm bone, Printed Threads are indeed the opposite of jerks. And Brett is pretty hot.
Travis is fantastic and super helpful! We’ve ordered plenty of hats and shirts, and never been disappointed!
From communication, customer support to the actual prints everything was a horrible experience. The problems were blaimed on the production manager but at the end of the day it seemed like there were issues everywhere especially with the person the stuck me with to communicate my orders.
