Prestige Power Systems was outstanding. to work with. Putting Solar on over a 100 year home took some good planing they were able to add the full system that was not viable from the street.. We recently had solar panels installed on our house by Prestige Power Systems, Happy Valley Oregon.We are very impressed with all aspects of the installation process. From the very beginning when we talked to Tamara Manzo, the owner of the company, we felt that we were dealing with a very professional company. We received thorough and timely information of the various choices of systems and when we decided on a system, Tamara Manzo guided us through the process of all the paperwork. She responded to questions in a very timely and effective manner and we never felt left alone with the project. Her husband Sean Manzo oversaw the actual installation. This was done in a very professional manner and everything looks neat and tidy. There were no messes or damage to the property after the installation process was completed. Sean Manzo was super helpful with the technical aspects of getting the system up and running. We will highly recommend this company for solar panel installation. They are great! Great company to work with. I found them at our local street fair and they helped us design a solar power system and installed it for us. Very easy to work with. They take care of everything. They even found an inverter that will allow us to get some power during a power outage. We love watching our power meter run backward!

I can't say enough good things about this family-owned company. From the first phone call to the last day of inspections, Tamara and Sean, the owners of Prestige Power Systems, have provided service that is above and beyond. Their professionalism, integrity, reliability and efficiency has been extraordinary, and a breath of fresh air. Tamara and Sean as a team are each perfectionists in the best way, always having your best interests in mind. I know on my project, Tamara masterfully navigated through the multi-layered process, and was usually ahead of time and ahead of me. Sean is incredibly hands-on in the installation process, which is extensive and unique for every home. He also went the extra mile by ensuring that the system had the best placement, and went the long way so that my home had the cleanest, most streamlined and most aesthetically pleasing result. While the entire experience of being guided through the process was not just smooth, but a pleasure because of their responsiveness and reliability, what matters is the end result. I had 18 panels installed on a charcoal black shingled roof. Initially, I was confident I wanted to have the panels, but was slightly concerned that they would "stick out." The actual final result is outstanding; sleek, black panels that Sean somehow installed nearly flush with the roof. If you've research solar panels, than you will appreciate when I say they look beautiful! :) Bottom line - get other bids for your own peace of mind, but know that with larger companies, you will be a number on an assembly line. You will not have the level of personal service that Prestige Power offers, and I can guarantee that if there should ever be an issue during install or in the future with a larger company, your phone calls and emails will go to a black hole. We are so happy that we've finally taken the leap to install solar. We researched a lot of leasing companies and decided to purchase our system instead. Tamara, Sean and their team were absolutely wonderful to work with. From start to finish, we were extremely impressed with their professionalism and making us feel like valued customers. You’ve got to go with Prestige Power Systems if you are thinking about getting solar! Tamara has been so wonderful to work with, always available to answer all of my questions and emails. Sean and his crew did an wonderful job on the install. PGE had made a mistake on swapping the meter and ended it up breaking our inverter, but Tamara and Sean went ahead and ordered a new one and installed it for us right away! My installation was unique - instead of the typical "on a house roof, connected to the house's main panel" mine is on a barn, with multiple meters on the property and with no existing service in the barn. Prestige Power was able to do critical things: 1) listen to my needs and preferences and 2) Provide appropriate solutions. You might think its better to go with a large company for your solar install, but I chose a small company because the decision making/problem solving was limited to three people - me, Tamara the owner, and Sean the electrician - and had no car-sale stink at any time. I got the install I needed, done well. I will certainly contact them again for service or to expand the array onto new buildings.

We selected Prestige Power Systems to install out 16 kw net metered system. Installation included 45 panels and all ancillary equipment and installation required for us generate our own power and sell the excess back to PGE for credit. PPS took care of everything including rebates, inspections, and guiding us with PGE for the meter swap. I highly recommend PPS for your electrical needs (they are electricians too, not just solar installers) and here is why, Quality of work is top notch. No plastic conduit here. Clean and well executed. They show up when they say and keep you informed through out the process. There was never any, "I wonder if they will show up today." They clearly know what they are doing. They take the time before installation measuring and identifying exactly what will be needed so install goes smoothly. Their bid was competitive. The owner is here working nearly everyday of the install. I
