Best solar company in the business. I couldn't be happier! I first had a bid from a large solar installer which seemed reasonable but I decided to shop around anyway to see if anyone could beat the price. Then I found Tamara and Sean who gave a super competitive number but were also very professional and organized. I would have went with them even if their price was higher, because they are local, small business, and such a pleasure to work with. If thinking about going solar, this is the company to use, no question!

Sean and Tamara did an excellent job on our solar install. Process was very smooth and Sean was able to do some additional unrelated electrical work for us at a reasonable cost. Both of them and their team are knowledgable, friendly, and laid back. They are a small business based in Happy Valley and the panels they installed are manufactured in Hillsboro, so it was an added bonus to find a company where we can support local businesses.

Tamara and Prestige Power are top notch! From initial proposal to the final de-briefing, they worked tirelessly to address all of my needs and concerns. The project moved quickly and Tamara was able to answer all my questions with ease. I really couldn't be happier with the way things went. They gave me a cost estimate right away, based on my power usage and were knowledgeable about all the different options available. The effort I had to put in as far as permitting and dealing with red tape was minimal. Tamara was able to navigate the whole thing for me without a hitch. Every step of the way my expectations were exceeded. While writing this review, I went back through my email thread and realized that we had about 65 emails back and forth, always fast, but very thorough. At the end of the project, Tamara drove 20 miles out to my house to personally deliver the site map, system manual, and to make sure I was comfortable with my system. This is the kind of customer service that has become rare today. I whole-heartedly recommend Prestige Power for your next solar installation.

It was great to work with a Sean and Tamara and their crew at Prestige Power for the installation of our solar array. They were reasonably priced and did all of the work when they said they would and with minimal inconvenience to us. I would highly recommend the company to anyone considering using solar power.

The staff at Prestige Power were ALL very helpful. They did their very best to accommodate my schedule for different inspections that had to be done requiring someone to be home. One time when I couldn't be home, they were able to come to my house and meet the inspector for me, as luck would have it they were working on another house close by that day. They worked with me to figure out the best financing that was right for me, monthly payments and terms to help me make my decision. They have been wonderful in assisting me with all the paperwork that goes with getting my taxes in order so I can maximize my tax refund as well as the Energy Incentive Rebate. If something changed, which it did, and I was quoted a larger Energy Rebate than what was offered by the time my panels were installed, they honored what they had originally told me and wrote off the difference. According to PGE, the equipment I have is state-of-the-art. I am thrilled with the looks of the panels as well, I was expecting metal frames around them, but they are sleek and solid black. I was a little worried about how my house/roof would look, but I am very happy, they look nice. So far so good - I'm generating electricity to greatly reduce my electric bill right now in these first month having them online, and it's winter with fewer hours of daylight. Since I chose to get enough panels, after going through the upcoming summer, I am looking forward to building up a enough credits each year to pay for all my electric needs throughout my retirement. This is an investment into my future. I thank Prestige Power so much for being a company that I highly recommend. In fact they came highly recommended by a friend of mine, who is very happy as well. In October of 2017, I had Prestige Power design and install a full solar panel system on my roof. They did a wonderful job determining what my power needs were from my PGE bill and also getting it to fit within my budget. I highly recommend them to everyone. A friend if mine took my advice and has already had a solar panel system installed on her roof.

The wonderful customer services provided by Prestige Power Systems showed the utmost levels of quality care and integrity. My project was completed on time, within budget with nearly zero disruptions. Communications throughout were awesome; proposals, submissions, applications and confirmations to PGE, DOR and ENERGY TRUST were done electronically. My questions were always responded to promptly and thoughtfully whether by phone, email or text. Prestige ensured completeness and accuracy in submitting official documents on my behalf. Prestige was flexible and worked to accommodate my schedule and also gave periodic status reports throughout the entire project. I very much enjoyed working with Prestige’s amazing team and would not hesitate hire them again!

Nearly a year ago a neighbor was getting Solar installed from Prestige Power Systems. I walked down the street and Sean was on sight with his crew. He took the time to talk to me about what it entails and what are the advantages of Solar Power. Soon after I met Tamara at the Farmers Market and after talking with her I was completely sold. It was a no brainer IMO to own my system and not lease. I wanted the tax breaks, I wanted the increase in home value that an owned system can bring. I knew I wanted Sean and PPS to design and install my system. This spring I was ready to take the plunge and contacted Tamara. She came out and gave me several different options depending on what WE wanted to achieve on power savings. I ended up with 28 panels and an 8.4 kw system. No pressure. Changes I requested after the initial contract was signed were easily fixed. The process was very systematic and I literally had to do nothing. They take care of everything!! I know they will be there for me down the road answering any questions or concerns. Now that I have been operational for nearly 3 weeks I am seeing the system generating quite a bit more than I am using. Cant wait to get my electric bill. I almost forgot to mention that there were 3 inspections after installation. The city, county and Energy Trust I believe. I was there for each inspection and each of the guys said Prestige Power Systems are well known for the quality of their work. I could tell the Inspectors had a lot of respect for them.
