Beautiful shop and mocktail tasting room and super nice, welcoming people. Their big lineup of syrups is amazingly flavorful and uses real spices, herbs, and fruits, with no preservatives. This is the kind of care and craft that made Portland a world famous food destination. Great place to stop for souvenirs or gifts for friends, and pair them with something from a nearby distillery!
I recently installed a sparkling water tap to reduce my generation of trash from all the cans of flavored sparkling water I was drinking. Portland Syrups has been a great pairing with my GROHE Blue faucet. It has been a blast trying so many different flavors and finding my favorites. I’m also enjoying a near daily London Fog (tea latte with lavender).
I saw an ad online with Ginger Syrup initially and was excited to see what else was offered. We bought the 6-pack of syrups and are totally in love with the Spicy Ginger! Also purchased; Ginger, Passion Fruit, Raspberry Rhubarb, Marionberry & Rose City Tonic. We are enjoying all of them, especially knowing that they do not contain sodium benzoate. Thank you Portland Syrups! Highly Recommend!
I ordered these for my daughter’s birthday. There was a real person on the other side of the chat who answered all my questions. Because it was a gift, they put a bow around the syrups and they included my note - NOT a computer generated piece of paper, but an expressive, carefully handwritten note! My daughter couldn’t figure out how she got the package from Portland Syrups with a written note from me!! PS is one of those truly local small businesses in Portland that are doing fantastic work. I will order again!!
Ordered the ginger syrup from Amazon and loved it with my Sodastream. Makes a great ginger beer that isn't too sweet with a nice kick after a sip. I'm also a big fan of how few ingredients are in it with nothing artificial. Can't wait to try some other flavors
Customer service is always top-notch, with the personal feel that I appreciate from a small business, but quick & quality responses that I expect from a solid retailer. I have been drinking syrups these in my mocktails for YEARS, purchased both from local markets, and directly from the online store. Shipping is always prompt, personalized, and safely packaged. The flavors are so unique and diverse, yummy on their own, or offering a fun base flavor for mixing with garden herbs or other fresh fruit. Rose, Chai, and Ginger are my favorite flavors, but every time I try a new flavor I’m not disappointed.

HUGE fan of Portland Syrups, especially the Yuzu flavor. We haven't even branched out to making cocktails yet because we're hopelessly addicted to our house favorite: unflavored mineral water (Topo Chico, obv) with a splash of yuzu syrup over ice. It isn't complicated but it's the nectar of the gods. Also, hats off to whoever does your graphic design...they're at the top of their game. One of these days we'll definitely head over to your bottle shop just for fun. Thank you--and don't ever stop making the Yuzu syrup!
Bought a six pack and haven’t sampled all of them yet but, so far, they’re good. Customer experience was excellent- one bottle broke in shipping. I contacted them the day after receipt and received a replacement the day after that.
I discovered Portland Syrups recently and was intrigued to use the Grapefruit flavor with my SodaStream. Turned out to be much better than the little syrups you find for this purpose. I've now ordered 3 more flavors to try and my child is choosing it as a preferred way to have a soda as well.
