I absolutely love the spiced cranberry syrup!! It allows me to recreate a delicious cold brew drink that I had at a local coffee shop in Austin. I have tried several other flavors and they are all yummy as well!! As a bonus, shipping is very fast!!
Elevated my spirits and beverage game. I typically enjoyed my spirits neat. A couple of years ago my wife took me to a local speakeasy. The lead bartender was friendly and amazing. She made me appreciate a well crafted cocktail. I then started to look at some simple things I could do to improve my home drinking experience. I have tried other syrups prior to finding Portland Syrups. The quality, variety, and flavor of the Portland Syrups far exceeds any of the more “popular” bar brands. We started hosting a Friday Happy Hour at our house. The variety of syrups helps to keep the drinks interesting. So much so that I had to do a subscription to keep up. Once a month we do Syrup Society as drink of the week (also a subscription). Completely taking us out of our favorite flavor comfort zones. If you have a home bar and do not have at least some of the Portland Syrups, you are doing yourself an injustice.
I use to make my own syrups for coffee which can be time consuming until I found these syrups which taste so good and have quality ingredients. My favorites are chai and brown sugar. I can mix with milk in my nespresso and make flavored foam. These really are a game changer to delicious coffees at home.
I found a bottle of this awhile ago, maybe at a Marshall’s Store. Since then I’ve been ordering them online, on the regular. Because I am addicted. I live in a hot climate & got tired of drinking large quantities of bland ice water. So I started adding 2 inches of Simply Light Lemonade. Now, since my addiction to Spicy Ginger Syrup, I add a two tablespoons on top of that in a large tumbler of iced water. And that makes it INCREDIBLY delicious! I now look forward to my daily ice water concoction.
My buddy and I are cocktail connoisseurs and enjoy using flavored syrups. We dropped in to the tasting room on a Sunday and came out with custom selected 12 packs of small bottles. It was a very nice experience. My only word of caution is that the tasting room is small, so I wouldn't show up with more than maybe 3-4 people.

Ordered for the first time because I fell in love with lavender flavor in my morning stop at a local coffee shop and wanted to experiment at home. I didn’t want a super sugary syrup and was extra thrilled to find this US based company that doesn’t put a bunch of dyes and extra sugar. Easy ordering online, arrived quickly, and was well packaged! Very happy with my purchase and will purchase again.
Great syrups and excellent customer service! I love using Portland Syrups for my cocktails and mocktails. They’re high quality and so tasty. Really appreciate the recipes on the bottle and their website too! Highly recommend for any beverage you’re making that could use syrup/some sweet flavor.
Got my syrups from Portland syrups. I only paid for the Grenadine in which they partnered with the amazing Anders Erickson, but they also gifted me their citrus-passion syrup too!
Superior product! Products and customer service are both 5 stars. I’m so impressed with this company. I’m obsessed with the lavender flavor! It’s so good in lattes. I also use it whenever I make whipped cream. It makes it so next level.
