99.999% of the time the staff is super helpful and totally alot of fun to talk to about new outfots. There very knowledgeable of what they have in their stores and your always sure to find a great deal!!! I HIGHLY Recommended THESE STORE'S!!!
Just a over priced thrift store. You will get no value for selling anything there, poor customer service 😢
I'm pretty upset I just took a hundred and ten new pairs of shoes new still in the Box new women shoes and they did not make me an offer on not one hair I think that is ridiculous if they only realized if they had a bought even 30 pairs of them I probably would have just given them all to him for that price but I wouldn't even make an offer on one pair what are they even there for if they're going to do that these are completely brand new nothing wrong with shoes how can you turn them down
It’s something up with this Platos closet, no matter how many things you bring or what it is I always get the same amount of money $40-$50. Visited Platos in Texas July 2021 and had some things I wanted to get rid of and was written a check of over $150.
tired selling two pairs of jordans, each worth over $135. they tried giving me $28 for both. #DIDNOTSELLTHEM
Female (Grace) with the red/pinkish hair wasnt doing anything and would not assist us to a dressing room. Then the female with curly black hair (Jennifer) walked past us after we asked her for the dressing room. Called corporate hopefully they will lose their job since they don't want to do it anyways.
I didn't enjoy my experience with Playto's Closet. Most of the clothing is overpriced and not in style. And that is only from the buyers side not seller. As a seller, they want new clothes only worn like once for less. Let's just say you have a $30 shirt they'll buy it for like $3. My experience was not at all top notch.
always a problem when I go. tried selling some items and was told they weren't accepting shorts, its near summer time....?? wouldn't accept tank tops with rhinestones? and was told my items were worn...isn't everything in this store worn? its a thrift store am I mistaken? never again, you can honestly do better selling and buying your stuff at either ebay or any other thrift store.
Great shopping experience! The workers were very polite and the merchandise was amazing. Would recommend to anyone looking for good brands at a low price.
Majority of items are over priced but definitely can find a couple good deals if you hunt. As far as selling your items, FORGET IT! I've taken in clothing that's trendy, stylish and what they tell you on the phone they want....some even with tags still on. Nope! I've taken in as many as 60 items at once....American Eagle, Hollister, Abercrombie etc only 6-9 months old in pristine condition....Nope. They did not buy one item! And as stated in other reviews, condescending attitude! The girls they hire are fresh out of high school and don't seem to know jack about quality! They have garbage hanging on the racks at times that looks like it came outta a dumpster but won't buy my 3 month old skinny jeans in immaculate condition. You'll do much better to buy second hand online!! I won't buy or sell there ever again.
